It’s not located in a great area, but the customer service is great and the food is good. The cold brew is worth its value and so is the protein box. Lately, they have been out of stock on some items, but I appreciate they offer options to make up for what they are missing.

I like the hummus and bramble drink. 🙂♥️ the meal bundle is the best! Great value! I have tried all the salads w / chicken. They are all delicious. Wraps are good also.

I found a old rotten avocado in my salad. The employees are lazy and careless. They will change for anything that is old is rotten. This includes salad, tomatoes, avacado and anything.

Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.

so the fact that you give your employees less than a WEEKS notice that they are losing their jobs is super messed up. I talked to the girl at the window today on your closing day and I was stunned to hear about this. it's sad and bitter sweet to have everything closed but the way it was handled has me even more upset.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, if your vegetarian DONT COME HERE!!! I ordered a Mediterranean vegetarian burrito and without any warning they replaced my avocado with turkey sausage, I was very disappointed and surprised when I bit into it. I tried reaching out to them to let them know and they did not answer my phone calls. It is downright disrespectful to alter someone’s order without telling them, Especially if it’s a vegetarian order and they add meat to it. Do better salad and go and hire better workers. This is not the salad and go I know. Ever since the original owner sold, it has gone downhill. Terrible practices, shame on you.
UPDATE 8/28/25 salad and go replied saying they would escalate to district and store managers to make it seem like they are doing something about it, but have not done anything to make it right. They are full of lies and unethical practices!!! STAY AWAY AND JUST GO NEXT DOOR TO ANGIES!!!! #BOYCOTT SALAD AND GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Salad and Go is always good! This particular location is my absolute favorite! Every single crew member is always happy, positive,and full of sunshine. Not trying to be too corny, but it's absolutely true. 🥗🌞

Salad and go is a great option for when you don’t wanna eat anything heavy but still get a full meal with healthy ingredients at a decent price point.
I love the Caprese and Thai salads, the drinks are amazing and I definitely recommend the cucumber and pomegranate drink that I think is seasonal.
Not usually long drive through times, service is fast and responsive. Recommend this place for sure!
