Not the typical service I get. My orders never been messed up here. Went through the drive thru, got a bbq ranch salad wrap with chicken, no pico or beans, added sweet potato's. Said no receipt because i trusted that it was simple enough. I got home and checked and see i was given a chicken Caesar wrap….. and called in about the wrong order and was told i could go back to get my order. Took my chance because of how hungry I was and how far i live, and now look this lettuce is nasty i spit out everything and threw it out. I feel like it Should be required to check the food you're serving to people. Just so sloppy ive never had a bad salad and go experience until today.

For the third time, I ordered a breakfast burrito and no meat. For the third time, my burrito had meat. No gift card, or apology will make up for this. I've already received a gift card for bad service and yet again, fumble. The poor reviews still stand true. I have had just as many good orders as bad ones at this location, which is a bit pathetic. Do not go here if you're a vegetarianVegetarian options: They will put me at on everything, no matter what. Avoid this place.

You guys used to be my favorite spot all I ever wanted was u guys but then u changed up, ur serving size got smaller than it used to be u discontinued mozzarella balls and took away the main salad that I loved n always got then the other salads u now have r blah and ur prices went way up now, idk if ill come back anymore the staff is great but the company sucks with its food now

I like the variety of salads and eat many of them on a regular basis. Because of my distaste for blue cheese, when I order a Cobb salad, I always switch it out for pepper jack. Today, somehow that did not get done as I navigated my way through your "improved" online order process and I noticed it as soon as I opened the container. Since it was my fault for not checking the order one last time before submitting it, I picked out what I could and suffered through the rest. Ultimately though, I place the blame with whoever changed a perfectly good online order menu

The frozen strawberry drink is delicious as always. But, I've gotten a cashier named Eric who forced the drinks into my hand and caused it to spill over me without any word. I got him again today and he did the same thing. This time I looked at him and he got the message.I don't want problems going to our favorite place, so maybe the owner or the main manager can have him correct himself.

So this is my third time at this particular location, and by far this has been the worst experience, Im always one to give second and third chances, however it seems each time its been getting worse and worse. Today I went and ordered, not only would they not get the order right but even after they repeated the order to verify it, they mentioned a wrong ingredient which after I corrected them they very sarcastically said yeah its the same thing. Ordered soup and after I received it and drove to the stop sign tried to take a sip since its winter and felt colder than outside. I advise you all to drive to the next salad place and avoid this one like the plague if you want a good experience, this one clearly is not it. One star review only because I cant pick Zero.
