I must say I've never been to a bad salad and go but I must say this experience was excellent because the gentleman at the drive-thru window was so knowledgeable and so friendly and so professional (Rob) Thank you 😊

Their drive-through has a 90° turn at the end of it that is impossible to make without romping the curb. Salad and go thinks it’s perfectly fine for you to destroy your vehicle in order to get a salad from them…

No salad dressing. They forgot my salad dressing. Looks like they threw it together in a rush. I was the only customer there. Avocado whole. At least it was peeled. Awful service. I will be going to the Greenway and 35th ave location. Never an issue. This one needs an adult to supervise their employees. Seems like a lot of money wasted on kids not working. And come on it's salad and go. Not dry lettuce no dressing and go. Highly disappointed.

Have you tried the strawberry lemonade slush? It's a must on hot simmer day! Everything is good here and you can't beat the prices! Great breakfast burritos till 10:30. Ice tead both green and black very fresh! Then strawberry basil lemonade great too. Tomatoe Hummus for a great snack on the go. Live the Greek wrap too. Fast and drive-thru!!

Don't bother with the new flavors of lemonades.... these new lemonades taste overly sweet. You can tell its just a added syrup. Nothing fresh or healthy about them.
I appreciate the effort salad and go but it just feels lazy. Try adding REAL fruit lemonade flavors they changed frequently.
Your menu has been getting boring and uninspired. We want seasonal menus that change. Made with fresh, nutritional foods that have FLAVOR! Also more kid friendly options would be so appreciated.

I go all the time for breakfast and it's consistent, everyone is VERY personable and kind, and it is very healthy for a fast meal! Some of the people that work there actually remember me and are genuine! Highly recommended for a quick breakfast to go!
Unfortunately, the “chipotle” effect has hit salad and go, at least this location. What once was a decent quality salad for cheap has turned into a low quality meal, with less amounts of protein, and of course an increase in price.
I knew it’d just be a matter of time until they got greedy and tanked the quality. I ordered double chicken on a Caesar salad, and it’s less chicken than a single serving was just a year or two ago. As that’s not already bad, the chicken they’ve switched to is nearly inedible. It has a gray look, and is slightly transparent. It’s chewier than a piece of gum, and has no flavor.
Their breakfast is still good, but it’s just a matter of time until they start cutting quality on that as well, while simultaneously increasing prices.
As someone that literally went here every day for lunch, and still do for breakfast, im extremely disappointed but not surprised by any means. Corporate greed always wins.

You seriously won't find a faster, more accurate fast food drive through. You can add so many things to your salads, and they have amazing specialty drinks and lemonades. My only complaint is that I don't like any of their dressings. They're very vinegary or sour tasting too me. I have to come home and add my own dressing. This will depend on your personal taste though. I can't say enough about the service here though. They must have a stellar training program or something! They're Incredibly fast and friendly every single time, and the accuracy is always at 100%. Highly recommend.
