I ordered salad and go for our office meeting and was frustrated when we had a missing salad and missing utensils. Thankfully I was able to send someone to pick up the missing items. I filled out the feedback form and was shocked when I came in today to all of our orders in the fridge. Apparently a few girls from corporate came by yesterday yo apologize and make it right. Imo they went above and beyond for customer service and shows that they value their customers opinions that's really all you can ask for in this type of situation no one is perfect and they made a mistake and it's clear they are working to correct!

I just got back from this Salad and Go, and I had a big, complicated order for my family. Grace and Brittney went out of their way to make sure that I had everything, best service this side of Phoenix for fast food. Highly recommend.

The salads are always great. Their service was lacking. It was a drive-through and took over 25 minutes. I think they were still growing the lettuce and butchering the chicken.
Just posted and had to repost as they forgot the chicken. I guess they could kill it.

Placed a mobile order, drove 10 minutes, waited 5 minutes to be helped, was told my food wasn’t ready yet, waited another 10-15 minutes. For eggs and bacon, it shouldn’t take this long. Salad and go never works on there mobile orders, you’re better off just pulling up to the drive thru

Bacon Egg and Cheese burrito was tasty but NO CHEESE FOUND. Personnel are very pleasant and service is good.
Love everything about this place. Wish they still had shrimp though but glad steak is back.

A great drive by to pick up a healthy and well priced salad. I did order a wrap which I don't often do. I did find the wrap tortilla a bit dry and tough to chew. Not sure if I had been sitting out in the open air. I'll stick with ordering the salads. Great price for a large and tasty salad!!
