I was disappointed with my visit to Salsitas. The employee wiped down the counters and then handled my food with the same gloves, which raised a serious sanitation concern and this is what my food looks like after remake this is not super nachos . My order was handed to me abruptly with no greeting or “thank you.” I hope this location improves its food-handling standards and customer service.

So my mom andI went to salsitas at the 35th and Bethany location in the Walmart shopping plaza. There was literally no one inside the restaurant and it was lunch time. We did not get greeted by the cashier she literally stood like a statue in front of the cash register waiting for us to tell her our order. Now the food is actually pretty good but the time it took to make the food was unexceptional for an empty restaurant and just the overall customer service is non-existent. First of all she(cashier girl) did not tell us that the soda machine was down I told her I wanted a large soda she didn't say it was down she just didn't charge us for the drink and then after we ordered (which usually they give you the drinks most restaurants do that) she just walked away and started making to go boxes and we had to tell her and that's when she told us she didn't charge us for the drink so I got a agua fresca instead. Now when they made the food the cook which we could see her making the food made part of the order first and then the cashier put it on the tray instead of putting it under a heat lamp but I can see why they didn't use heat lamps because they use styrofoam plates and then she made the Mexican hamburger that I ordered after while she was trying to make a to-go order before she finished making the rest of our order. I want to assume the guy in the back that I saw must have been the owner or the manager because he was telling them what to do and it looked like he was doing inventory while eating in the prep area this dude could have been helping the Cook or fixing the soda machine. Sad that we had this experience because like I said the food was not that bad. But most definitely should've had at least a small amount of people in there. I can see why they have a 3 star rating. I forgot to mention that they don't serve fries with the tortas they serve potato chips! And it's kinda pricey for crappy service!! 👀🤔🤦🏽🤷🏽 THIS SALSITAS NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!

Ordered a carne asada quesadilla and a chicken burrito. I asked for them to please add cheese to burrito and they said no they can't do that. I said you can't just add cheese to the burrito? The register lady just said no. Why?

Chair collapsed and I ended up on the floor. No one bothered to see if I was okay or even remove the chair. Hope it’s just bruised. But don’t know.

Good food
tried the Sonoran dog at Salsita's, but it significantly missed the mark for what this local specialty should be. Notably, it wasn't bacon-wrapped and lacked beans, two essential components. It also included guacamole, which isn't traditional. On the plus side, the bolillo roll was soft, fluffy, and well-toasted. However, the proportions were completely off – the amount of bread overwhelmed the small hot dog, feeling unbalanced. The specific blend of flavors expected from a Sonoran dog just wasn't there due to the missing ingredients and odd proportions. Salsita's needs to revisit their recipe for this one.
Received the wrong order and customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to get it resolved.

Very upset hor haha was nasty the tacos they gave me cold all the order was messed up and I let her know. Than says sorry I have to help someone else. Gave e them a 10 dollar tip before the food pretty dumb on my side. Very 😡
Best Sonoran hot dogs ever! Carne Asada tacos were amazing —
Great Mexican food. Chilaquiles are Good
Carne asada nachos.
I don't have a full breakdown of what the order consisted of, but it had tortilla chips, cilantro, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese sauce, and shredded cheese.
The chips to topping ratio was consistent.
The portion size was almost enough for 1 adult.
The pricing was reasonable for the portion size.
Overall, this order was really good. I would order it again.
