Your employees are rude, the service is not only horrible but slow and its amazing you stay in business! I will tell everyone about my horrible experience and that woman Gloria has no business working in customer service!

Caldo de res is good, it came with rice, onions and cilantro but I just wanted the soup. Also their food is on display and it's fresh. The salsas looked freshly made and all the veggies were stocked. All the food we ordered was delicious. The workers were nice and seemed to like their jobs very much. It was about 1115pm when my husband, daughter and I showed up. It was a good experience being there and they had quite a bit of people coming in. Everyone left happy. Two thumbs up. 5 stars!

Tonight 11/04/24 I went through the drive-through. I ordered a burrito of Al Pastor and a medium Jamaica. The food has a good flavor the service is okay but this is the second time they gave me the wrong thing. I ended up with a carne asada burrito. I don’t know if it’s carelessness or disregard for what was ordered however I do think the establishment is good if they would pay better attention to the orders so that people are satisfied.

Food on carne asada burrito meat was dry and old. Like we got what was left over from the night shift. It took it back to show janett she said they used the fresh container that was sitting by where they kept the food. That meat looked fresh. Not what I ate. I ate half the burrito I was hungry. I took it to she her. She to the burrito opened it up and showed me that it had moist pieces in the burrito. It was like she was calling me a liar. I told her the meat was old. I told her we will not be eating there again. If I get ill I know where from. first time we had issues here. And it will be the last time we eat there. 24th St and Roosevelt. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I took it to them to show them it was old meat. Very upset she made me feel like was lieing.

I have been in this location a few times, when I order online it sends an email that the food is ready but when I arrive I still have to wait 20+ minutes. They have a .50 cent fee for using the debit card but they tried charging me an additional fee AFTER I got the receipt. I asked for what if the fee was already charged and they said an extra fee for the order???? The food here is alright, the cashiers need more training, plenty of homeless people outside the door, long wait for food even when ordering ahead.

Came with family and we all really enjoyed our food. I thought the portions were generous for the price. Food was fresh and they make it right in front of you. And the best part was the awesome salsa bar! They had a nice variety of good salsas, beets, carrots, etc. It was well stocked and fresh. Overall great food! Service was also great. It helps if you speak Spanish but the staff did their best to speak English to us. Very friendly and REALLY fast.

Food had 0 quality and taste., They meat was cold and tasteless. I had to take it back and ask to microwave it or give me a hot burrito! Instead of making a fresh burrito, they put the burrito that I gave them on the grill! The burrito became hot but the meat was too dry and taste less! The worst food quality and taste! Just a lot of rice and beans and a little tasteless meat
