Salsitas Mexican Food

Didn’t get helped or dealt with any cashier when I showed up around 11pm Saturday night, but they have a self service kiosk that makes sense to use and service was prompt right after, the cook came out from the kitchen to confirm what I wanted in the burritos. The minus was they had no red salsa but food was tasty. Roughly priced like the competition on 107 th Avenue and no drive through.

When I went up the counter to get side of carrots for my food I order, the two girl front of me, I asked them really nice, I can get side of carrots please. They told me " did you order food right now" I told them " no, I already ordered my food. I just want side of carrots please" they keep reacting the same thing 3 times. I told them something 3 times nicely, and then they look the dumb receipts, bc they wouldn't get carrots at all. They took forever on purpose to make me go away and they gave me weird look like to go away. So I did. And then! My dad asked for a box to go for our food the lady nicely, Gave my dad attitude for no reason this is her word " ugh, you have to front counter to get then by yourself and then you can ask us to get you box to go" before said " ugh" she legit rolled her eyes at us and slouch her body like whatever. Me and my parents never had this issue before we go their almost many times, we never had issue from their and we always be nice to them. But the service is ridiculous and so rude. Oh yeah one thing, the tall lady she gave me my food rude and spilled the red sauce on me and it was really hot I even jump out of my chair bc it burn me.

Ask for your change back. I purchased a soda for $2.23, gave the lady 3 dollars. She pocketed the 3 dollars I received no change?

They take you ored ...and takes for ever to give it to you but there people behind you and they give them the food 1st than you...cashier chitchatting with a guy instead of paying attention to the oreds

Very bad service, and very bad portion of food, I ordered roast beef fries and they gave me more cheese than anything ?.. this is better filibertos more reported
