This is the first place I tried pupusas. I am in love with their food. I come here whenever I am craving comfort food and big portions because I can eat a lot. The atmosphere is great for families, the employees are always nice, smiling and making sure the customers are not missing anything. It’s not a fancy restaurant, yet adds great cultural experience to the community. I would say they have great portions and for a good price.I think they can improve in card payment since you have to walk to the register to pay with card. I guess during busy hours they expect customers to let the tables available for others, still when isn’t too crowded it would be nice to pay and remain seated digesting the food and having a conversation because the music is not loud which I like.

The food is very good! The service is horrible, the girls are rude and don't even ask if you need anything or to refill a drink!!

It's a bit pricy. Would probably only get the pupusas combo. Don't get the plátano. You only get like 8 pieces for 10 dollars.

I called to place an order, the manager Elizabeth treated me very badly.I asked him for my order and I wanted to change my order and he told me No, I can't delete it anymore I told him I want to order what I want, not what you want to sell me, very unprofessional and rudeNo experience in customer serviceThe place is sad. I like their food. It's very delicious. It's a shame they hire people like this person who treats their clientele so badly.

Visiting Phoenix for the weekend. Stopped by this Salvadorean joint. Place is legit and definitely authentic. Folks here were humble and the place is super clean. I would totally come back.

Too expensive, not even in Los Angeles.

What a bad experience, it's a reprieve for Salvadoran food, it proves more than three things and nothing is authentic. How bad that people from other cultures come and try this, say Salvadorian food, and think that this is Salvadoran food.

I was excited to eat Salvadoran food again, but I regret having visited this restaurant, the pupusas were not good and I don't understand why it had whole beans if a pupusa doesn't have whole beans, the curtido was simple and the sauce was not even tasteless. I ordered a salad soda, but it was just cashew and the waitress, not to mention, served us as if she were giving us food, as a Salvadoran expert in making pupusas, I recommend not going. A disappointment. And the exaggerated prices, a shame really.

When it comes to going back to customs and traditions, even more so when culinary art is involved, we consider enjoying it and going back to the reason for the combinations of its species in a single dish.We were very well received, attended to and satisfied with what we consumed; For this reason I do not hesitate to recommend it in a family environment.

I tried to order over the phone so I can pick up my order when I get here. They left me on hold till I got to the place. Now been 40 minutes waiting for 6 pupusas. I went to check on my order and the older zeisty gentleman was rude and said your order isn't ready. I will never come here again.
