Hot dog deal is very good. There was actually ice in the ice dispenser. The disappointment was the long wait time to order followed by the very long wait time to get my simple order. I came by around 2pm thinking that the lunch crowd was over but sure didn’t seem like. And the staff was like a skeleton crew all working different tasks. They really needed 2 cashiers, 2 cooks, and 2 servers to be efficient. Instead it was long lines and wait times. Plus all the tables were busy. There actually needs to be a time limit on table usage as a couple of tables just had people chatting that whole time not eating or have ordered anything while I was waiting on both. I guess people need to be considerate and let others who are actually there with there food to let them use the table.

The frozen yogurt here is sooooo delicious and creamy. So refreshing on a hot day!! I also enjoy getting a hot dog every once in awhile. They are very long haha. Not pictured is the pizza pretzel and that is also a great pick. I love eating at the Sam’s club cafe!!

The product availability has been in decline, they don’t bring stock down from rafters and literally when you need help they just tell you oh well gotta wait for driver to show up never in or show up whenever.Today did it for me because I showed up under 15 minutes before they open for regular accounts usually they would let me in and today for whatever reason this short hair lady with an accent straight up turned me away and chose to walk away business and will be going to another location or get membership from another store that starts with a C!

STORE PICK UP It’s been multiple times where I have received broken eggs leaking waters and missing product today I decided to call this Sam’s to let the manager know Sherry . Employee that answered the phone was unprofessional she answer by saying please hold and put on hold rude then the manager interrupts me then when I tell her what happened she seemed not to care I guess starts at the top

We were racially profiled and harassed by workers in this store. My husband was discriminated against in front of our children. Had me thinking my husband would be arrested simply for being a black man in sams club

Very disappointed in sams club today. I contacted management to set up a Girl Scout cookie booth. I was told this is somehow not acceptable at this location. They can’t have outside sales out front. However there is the kettle corn guy. The Kona ice guy, and don’t forget the cable people inside chasing you down. But for some reason Girl Scout cookies are not okay. Way to go sams club, showing girls that their business skills and learning entrepreneurship isn’t important to you as a company.
After a less than pleasant experience I was approached by Sherrie the manager the next time I was in the store. She not only remembered me but also recognized me from across the store. She was extremely helpful and took the time to care and address the previous issue. Sherrie exemplifies the customer service that all businesses should aspire too. I will continue to make this my preferred store.

Love the new parking spot pick up!!! Had a great 1st time experience ! Will definitely go to Sam’s more often now again. I haven’t been there since February due to Covid.

I utilized the concierge service this morning, For the senior citizens... Their employees were amazing friendly helpful and I truly appreciate the service I got this morning. Thank you Sam's club for your help this morning in getting toilet paper
