I love samsara! i’ve had some better experience than others, i feel it truly depends on the server and their attentiveness. today, i had leslie. she was sweet and made sure we were taken care of. definitely ask for her! diamond and jasmine are absolutely amazing too and provide exceptional service.

place lacks a fair customer fairness vibe - I went there once forgot my ID fine I can't sit inside service was average and cold even when not busy I take that into account too checked back at the previous reviews I'm not surprised....putting a bad name for other similar business' in the area

My entire one star review is based around two things. First, they include a 20% gratuity in the bill, then will not give you a receipt and hand you the tablet with the tip screen up. They basically are tricking you into giving a 40% tip on each transactions. It’s incredible deceptive. Second, despite only half our table of 5 (3 people) wanting a hookah, the waitress kept insisting that we have to have two hookahs. Everyone is ordering drinks at the table and she kept going on about ordering two, finally she stopped pressing it and just let let half our table hookah. The biggest issue is the tipping - including a hidden 20% service charge and then asking for another tip on top of the bill is so shady. Management clearly made this decision when setting up their point of sale so it’s not a system problem. Servers should provide a receipt or acknowledge that a service charge has been added. Look at their other reviews, the same things happens over and over with other customers.

hosts are extremely!!!! rude we had a party of 4 and we suggested a booth. she gave us attitude and told us if a larger party came she was going to kick us out of our spot. i asked her why there was smaller parties at booths and she YELLED at me saying. “I EXPLAINED TO THEM THE SAME THING I EXPLAINED TO YOU.” i used to love this place. never going back.

Despite me not having a server for a while last night, manager ended up having Diamond take care of us! We were extremely happy and impressed with the efficient and friendly service she provided the entire night me and my group will be back forsure!
