I am a foodie and eat out a lot.Pretty sure the owner already knows what kind of food he is serving. The first red flag was how chopped up my chicken was. I’m not a toddler. Why would you chop up my chicken so much unless you’re trying to cover up bad food or you’re trying to save money because you’re struggling business . The rice tasted old and microwaveable. I took two bite and threw it away . Plus it smelled horrible .Save your money. I went next door to nectar and it was delicious

Location was filthy, smelled like the inside of a sewer, and food was disgusting. Chicken was rubbery and the rice was straight mush. I normally love this food chain but this location was terrible take the longer drive and just go to the one on deer valley.

Had not been here in years, went with my adult son and we got different meals and both were delicious.
It sure had changed since the last time we were there, totally different menu, still delicious.
Normally, this chain is great. This location is dirty and run by idiots.

Typical teriyaki place. Ordered a standard white rice and chicken, not really sure why it took 10 minutes to put the two items into a bowl and put sauce on top. The kid took my order and then just walked out of the building. I never saw him again.
The remaining employees just tried to look busy the entire time, but as slowly as possible. I didn't see them actually do anything other than refill their own drinks and take orders.
Pretty sure the entire staff was high as a kite.
Ordered a large, got a regular. The chicken was cold. At least the place was clean

Smelled like sewage inside. Food menu is not what it used to be. Meat clearly not what it used to be either. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Sam’s but it used to be in my top five places to go. They didn’t have any iced tea only fountain soda or lemonade.
They only thing that resembled the o’l Sam’s i knew was the teriyaki sauce and white rice. That’s it. Unfortunately, Samurai Sam’s will be only a memory now, not worth going back to unless there’s a franchise out there that didn’t change with the bs corporate rebranding…
Service was great. Not a fan of the new logo or colors.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but honestly after my experience today I had to leave one. When my wife and I walked in we noticed there was an odd smell in the building and against our better judgment we still gave it a chance. I ordered a Sumo bowl, and my wife ordered a Salmon bowl with shrimp. I don’t like plain white rice so I agreed to the up charge for fried rice in place of white rice. When we received our food the presentation of the bowls looked great. However, one bite at a time it just got worse and worse. My food wasn’t hot. The fried rice didn’t have enough soy sauce in it and it tasted like plain white rice with vegetables and egg in it. There wasn’t enough Teriyaki sauce in my bowl, I had to request for more and that still wasn’t enough. On the other hand the employees were friendly but the food was honestly terrible. I spent $35.45 in total on the two bowls and I didn’t even bother finishing my bowl. This will be the first and last time I ever eat here.

They literally have only two things!! I ordered three large bowls, I got one small bowl. I had to go all the way back! "Oh sorry",they said. The place is smelly, dirty, flies everywhere! The manager or owner should close the doors!
