Place needs better workers!!!!! Last 3 trips there has been some kind of problem or wrong food or not having certain items advertised. Made a complaint to cashier who took order and no solutions just sorry.

We ordered 6 kids bowls. Took our daughters and her friends on a date night and took 25 minutes to get 5 bowls and then we were told they were out of rice and had to wait another 10 minutes to get the 6th bowl. Won't be returning to this location. Soda mixture tasted off too.Vegetarian options: Vegetable bowl option
We love visiting this location. Unfortunately it seems like every time we go on the weekends are closed but today we hit the jackpot. They were open! Food quality is very good. Storefront though could use a little dusting and cleaning of the windows other than that it was great. The cashier spoke very quietly and mumbled so it was hard to hear him but the dude working the counter to pack all the food was kicking butt and he was very nice.

My previous experiences at this location have been great and good food. I was pleased to see they were open. But tonight's food was extremely lacking. I ordered the yakisoba bowl with chicken and the noodles taste like they are from another day just warmed up still all lumped together and dry and the chicken portion for a large is significantly less than previous visits. Disappointing end to a day.

I LOVE Samurai Sam’s!!! Their food is sooo yummy!!! You will not be disappointed with anything when you go there. The people there are friendly and when I ask for extra teriyaki sauce, there never is any issues.

I just moved back to Phoenix and I was starving after the gym. It's been years since I've been to samurai Sam's and it did not disappoint. Healthy alternative to other fast food places at a reasonable price. The staff is always super friendly and the food is always consistent. Josue greeted me with a big smile and was very friendly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The 5th Ave & Bell Rd location closes at 8:00 per their website. Drove up on a Friday at 7:30 and could see a guy inside laughing and signaling us that he was closed.

My friends and I were very impressed with the quality of food we were served! The quality of meat was fresh along with the whole package (rice, veggies, etc..). Previously, every time I stopped by (different location) the meat was typically dry, and it looked like they just spread some sauce over it (pretty sad looking..), veggies were soggy/old..At this location, I ordered the sumo bowl, and it was delicious! Veggies were still crunchy and the meat was tender (NOT like you're chewing on rubber lol). Customer service was great as well! The guys were super friendly and provided a great service ? ?!!
