This place is a hit or miss! You basically have to roll the dice if you want to eat here. One day they hook up your bowl with steak and little broccoli. The next time it was lots of broccoli little steak. The 3rd time steak is chewy like your eating fat, and the broccoli isn't cooked/steamed fully. Roll the dice!

Very disappointing place. Place was empty even though it was lunch time. All I wanted was some teriyaki chicken and noodles but couldn't find it on menu board. Promotional signs on windows at least show picture/name of items. Ended up w sweet & sour bowl w/ white rice. Food was way too hot to eat for 20+ minutes. Chicken was flavorless and rice on bottom took on the taste of the plastic bowl it was in.

My experience right off the bat, was horrible! As I walked into the place and I smelled a bad odor, almost like a restroom at the lake would smell like. I told the girl at the register and it seemed like she didn’t even care. I will not be back to this horrible place.

Im very disappointed of this location nothing like the other locations, The taste is not here not like the other locations, samurai sams Has the best teriyaki, the grilled meats but somehow not here, they need to retrain or visit other locations to revalue them and make it taste like samurai sams should

The rice bowls are delicious. I usually get one each week. The staff is also very friendly.
This place is terrible we ordered thru door dash they forgot one of our items 15.00 bucks worth it was dry no flavor and no Wasabi soy sauce NOTHING. Unfortunately door dash didn't make it right amd the receipt I needed to contact the DM was thrown out. We sent 80 bucks never again! Obviously this page is unmaned and they don't are about their reviews or customers!

This food was terrible. This is not steak. It’s old round roast. Super dry. Teriyaki just tastes like sugar and there’s way too much of it. My bowl is drenched. Terrible all around
Service was quick and friendly. The food was not good quality, the egg roll was as mushy bad tasting. The bowl had very little chicken for being a “large” serving. The rice and sauce were excellent

I visited this restaurant 30 minutes after opening and I ordered the chicken breast yakisoba bowl with the egg roll. The egg roll was soggy. The chicken was dried out and hard. The noodles were mushy and it was missing vegetables. Was not a good place. I do not recommend. Staff looked unhappy to be at work not a welcoming establishment.
