My pups loved the chicken it was overcooked and dry and hard. Maybe precooked for speed of delivery but, it's chicken it cooks quickly, I suggest partial cook, then warm it up in the grill, and I can't tell if they microwaved it to warm it up. But it was hard. Rice was good, and so was thir sauce. I would only come back if I was really hungry and again here because of next door. I would not make a special trip or consider catering at this point.
Food is good, prices are great. Always something wrong with soda machine.....another thing i have noticed is that they NEVER have the AC on. Always so uncomfortable to enjoy your meal inside.
The economics of it don't seem very sound. Poorly paid workers, no air conditioning inside. The sugary teriyaki sauce was added ontop of my dry steak and noodles, which were at best mediocre. There are better deals out there for customers. Not sure why they close at 4pm when rush hour is just getting started. Something isn't quite right about this. Ignore the branding, it's just miserable people making imitation Japanese food.
