Ordered a steak Yakisoba meal, however it came with almost no sauce whatsoever so I asked for sauce and the lady at the counter gave me an attitude and said "sauce costs extra!" When did they start charging to add sauce to a bowl? I thought that should be automatically added. Very dissatisfied and will not return to this location.

I tried a to go order today for the first time from samurai Sam's. The customer service was delightful, everyone was smiling and helpful. The food was delicious and in my opinion not overpriced. My husband had the orange chicken and I had eggrolls and we are both quite happy

Just got a chicken breast teriyaki bowl today March 16, 2023. I had to write a review because I've been going to Sam's for jeez, idk 15 years? This was a perfect bowl today. Plenty of sauce and veg with perfectly cooked chicken! Just wanted to say thank you to the crew working today for making me a memorable lunch. Wish this meal never ended! Thanks again!

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this bowl was. Healthy options were hard to come by in this neighborhoodThe bowl was freshly prepared and the ingredients were all well seasoned. Staff were super friendly and helpful as this was my first visit

Received a different order and missing half of my order. Lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and said she packed the order herself and I was wrong. Never received such terrible service and the food I got is so disgusting. 0/10 do NOT recommend. Don’t waste your money.

The food was ok, all the meat and pot stickers and egg rolls tasted like they were cooked on a dirty flat top or dirty fry oil. They had a hint of other flavors that were burned, like the beef in my yakisoba had a taste like if i scooped a spoonfull of the grease trap into the food.
