I came in today with a coupon that didn’t honor the store, but they helped me out and we’re very pleasant and went out of their way to make my experience good one! I’ve been coming here for years and I love this food!
new to phoenix area and was told about this place from multiple coworkers and it has to be the best teriyaki joint I’ve tried, I drive 35 mins just to snag me bowl BANG FOR YOUR BUCKS , great prices and the crew are always a delight , the manager always remembers my orders when he greets me with hospitality and welcome.

Best teryaki ever: From the cooking to the ingredients and people to the consistency, this is the best teryaki in the USA hands down. So glad I found out they still have locations in AZ while on vacation.
We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!! Everyone is amazing and the food is always perfect! Friendly staff and great good! We always leave here 100% satisfied! 10/10 recommend! -brittney&
Today I got a sumo bowl which I do every Saturday as it’s an easy meal to get and I usually get it when I pick up my pup from day camp. Today I was treated very horrible from the staff and according to the guy I was talking to, his manager. I paid 15 dollars for this bowl mind you and what I got was barely any pieces of chicken and not even that much rice, when I called to let them know they basically called me a liar and kept saying “well my manager said they put the right amount of meat and rice in there. Sorry about that” basically, oh well and too bad for you.I wasn’t calling for a refund or even a replacement but I was left fuming because again I paid that much for a plate that I literally can make at home but I choose to go here again because they always treated me well and gave me great service.I’ll never return here again and I’m very disappointed of how I was treated. Try somewhere else In opinion

Paid $24 for 2 large chicken and steak bowls. Didn't even get any steak and the portions are pretty much the size of their old normal bowl. It's been awhile since I've been here but the amount they are charging is absurd. I probably won't be coming back.

Just randomly got take out from here today with my girlfriend, and the food was delicious! The service was quick and they greeted us with super friendly smiles. The place is a fairly small but they kept it very clean! Im currently in a pretty epic food coma, I definitely recommend the chicken and steak teriyaki yakisoba bowl! Overall, really solid experience!
