I always go to eat there and a super friendly man always serves me, but now I was served by a lady named Cristina. Apart from the fact that she took my order badly, she treated me super rudely, it wasn't enough for her to leave me angry that they started saying things to the cook and started saying rude things to me to such a degree that I preferred not to take the order anymore. What a shame that a good restaurant has such rude and bitter people.

The pupusas weren't even that good and my kid found a nail in the dough! In my 83 years of life this is the 2nd nastiest thing I've seen. Thankfully he was playing with the food instead of eating it. If you want really good tasting pupusas go to Restaurante El Guanaquito and ask for well done, if you don't want to travel a lot, Salvadoreño Restaurant is good too and it's across the street

Food wasn't bad but the service was. I waited about 40 minutes for 2 popusas. I was told the wait would be about 15 and was late to work due to it. Alongside, they tried charging me 16$ for something that was 7$. Overall, awful service.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I don’t ever order Pupusas from anywhere else. They are a little slow so what I do is call ahead and place my order through the phone. They are cash only which is a bummer but that doesn’t stop me from ordering. My family and I can eat Pupusas every day and not get tired. Truly recommend!

Best pupusas in Phoenix! Pupusas as are my very favorite central American dish, I make the very well myself, I was taught some tricks by some kind Salvadoreños, but even my pupusas aren’t as good as these! I’ve had some the size of dinner plates and some as small as silver dollar hotcakes, these ones are about the size of a hotcake, and pretty thick, but not doughy in any way! It’s almost like they are slightly leavened they are so fluffy and delicious I could eat 30 in one sighting ?. So savory and well seasoned and not the least bit oily or greasy! I had a cheese one which was immaculate, and the chicharron and cheese was excellent as well. I only wish they had a chicken one as well. The tamales are good and the platano plate as well. These ladies know what they are doing! The only thing I wasn’t used to was their salsa is more watery and non-tomato based like I’m used to with salsa roja, but the curtido was on point, and the empanada de platano was a nice treat after dinner. Highly recommended!

It's right in the entrance.. food was ok.. quanity is great but all chicken prices and veggies are big chunks.. cud be more thin cuts.. price is too much for the quality.. wouldn't go there .. sorry ?

I use to love coming here but not any more have came here since it open food use to be so good now it’s just terrible came here about 4 months ago and food wasn’t as good as before I thought maybe it was just that one day came about 1 month ago from today and it was the same. Very dry and raw . Went today and still the same . So unfortunately I will not be coming here again due to their poor service and food .
