It took over an hour to get our food from the time we ordered, and the food was way over cooked. I would have sent it back normally, but we were low on time for our next appointment. I would never die in here again.

Met some friends for happy hour and enjoyed the appetizers and drink specials. Nice promotor specials going on with the Crown King team handing out free shirts and drinks. I'd recommend this location. We had fun!!!

Waited 30 minutes before anyone came to take drink order.. husband went to get someone after 15, and it still took another 15. All food came out with appetizers. The food had little flavor and was terrible.. our three adult kids had meals that were not even editable.. smelled like stinky feet/dog food. We recently relocated here from Boise and we're hoping this place would be good... We will never be going back!

GOOD, AND AFFORDABLE.A great place for an affordable team happy hours and bar/ grill requirements. We have been visiting this place for over seven years now, no complaints anytime. The place offers indoor, outdoor and cabana seating options. Of course, Cabanas are available with prior reservations with a minimum spending requirement. The outdoor seating comes with heaters during winter days.Food options are good as well.Furthermore, the place is located in one of the prime malls in Phoenix, with a quick access to 101.

Maybe just not their day but everything was bad. Multiple tv's at full blast so we could hardly communicate. The men's room door was propped open so you could see men standing at the urinals and the hand dryer was as loud as the tv's so all conversation had to stop when it was on. Server asked what I wanted to drink and acted put out when I asked to have a menu so I could see what I could choose from. She brought the menu and left so I had to go chase her down to get me a beer and found her leaning on the bar chatting.I ordered a burger which was awful, I took 2 bites and left it and just ate my fries which were good. I had to go wandering around the restaurant to get ketchup and salt and pepper myself because no one brought and serve had disappeared again. When server came back later she took the plate without asking if I wanted to take it home (I didn't but would have liked to be asked). Oh did I mention she spilled my beer all over my things on the table then came back and threw a few paper napkins on the table and left.I know it's hard to find help these days but this was just really bad service and the good was poor, a generous 2 stars because fries were really good. I will not be returning and can't recommend this place.

Wonderful open bar inside and out. Outside is close to main road, so a little bit noisy. Easy access parking. Huge entry access ramp, and stairs. The bartenders were on spot. Friendly service. The Watermelon Margaritas were delicious and very refreshing. They offered a variety of flavored Margaritas. The bartenders were happy to answer questions and accommodate my requests and wishes. My guest and I did only pop in for a couple drinks. So I am sorry to report that I can not honestly tell you about the food. However, I did notice from the patrons around me...the food being served smelled delicious. It looked as if the sevings were standard but fair. Seved hot. Served and presented quickly. The patrons seemed to enjoy what they ordered. But I did notice that they had a large menu to please all. Good select of beers on draft as well as liquor choices. Also at their entry way they had a chalk board showing a variety of special offers of food and beverages available all week long. Casual environment. Slightly surprised by one thing. While enjoying my refreshing Margarita at the outside bar. I was passed with the vapors of cigarette smoke. It was especially irritating since i just washed my long hair. So for you smokers? I guess I can say smoker friendly. Also some what family friendly. Clean bathrooms. I would go again.Parking: Large open parking areaWheelchair accessibility: Huge ramp for easy access

This place was really fun, excellent bartenders, and wait staff. This could be our new local hang out to watch sports. The outdoor seating was great, some fire, and heaters. A lot of TVs and all direction. We hear they have live music and some nights the night that we were there. They actually had a DJ. We went after Halloween, and I still loved all of the decorations.I WOULD RECOMMEND

We had a party of seven. Expected a restaurant but the entire place is s a bar with televisions blaring so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. We walked out after the server said it was open seating and we could sit anywhere. They did not even put tables together for our large group. We walked out and ate elsewhere.

The outdoor dining area is really nice, especially in late October. The food was absolutely nothing to get excited about, I had a steak burrito which was not very good. The rest of my party were not impressed by their food either. I would recommend this place for beers and appetizers, but go elsewhere if you want a nice meal.

Made the mistake of going there on a Saturday night, it wasn't very busy but the outdoor area had a party going or something. DJs music was a little loud for trying to have a conversation with my partner sitting 2 feet from me without yelling. The food was very good and so were the drinks but overall felt a little neglected on the service side. I've worked the service industry and seeing the action in the outdoor area I don't really have an issue with some delays in service.Overall, I would go again and recommend the steak fajitas and mini chimis.

Food was very good! The service was lacking, probably because I didn't order alcohol beverages so the waitress was only paying attention to my husband's drink refill not mine.

The food is quite good here. Everything tastes great, and the portions are solid. Could offer a few more tortillas for the fajitas to go with the amount of food. The staff are super friendly, sometimes a little laid-back, but this past visit was off peak. The look and feel of the place is great, sit at the right spot and you forget you are in a city.

Waitress was awesome and attentive. Food was ok....got a steak burrito and a southwest Greek salad. Chicken and dressing were a little spicier than I hoped for but overall was still good

I've been to this restaurant a few other times, but this it was a less than desirable experience. The service was horrible, our food was not hot, they only had one option for salsa and it had a sweet flavor (ummm, no, salsa is supposed to taste good and be somewhat hot), and the music was way too loud!!! I like to be able to hear the person next to me and not feel like I need to talk louder just so they can hear me. I could barely here our server. We won't be going back anytime soon.
