The folks behind the counter were great. They were swamped when I came in but were working like fiends to catch up. They were running behind on my to go order but no complaints with the staff or food quality. I would absolutely not eat here in person. They play pretty graphic religious music throughout the restaurant. The music is so loud you can’t carry on a conversation and have to yell to be heard when placing your order. If they played family friendly music and lowered the volume to background level it would be a decent neighborhood pizza place to hang out with family and friends and enjoy some wings and pizza but while the food is OK for takeout but I’d avoid going inside if at all possible.

Amore pizza is delicious and I don’t usually care for ricotta. I was pleasantly surprised that it’s a silky texture instead of the grainy kind.
We split the flavors on our wings, my cousin ordered the honey mustard. That sounded off putting but when I tried them, the sauce was great! It’s what a lot of places called “Golden” sauce. My hot wings were definitely hot.
Next time I want pizza I’ll come here for sure.

DONT BUY from this place, tried ordering again and no record of any discount for waiting over 2 hours and not getting my pizza the last time. They often get the wrong sauce wrong even though you specifically ask for it. This place is going down as far as customer service. They apologize to make you feel better and tell you they will give you a discount, then when you call to order again, like click work no notes or anything. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Usually am a very faithful customer but after this I don't think I'll be giving them any more of my money to make me ill... $26.87 delivered less than 1/2 mile, for a medium veggie pizza. An absolutely no flavor tasteless experience. Luke warm when it arrived. Driver had no peppers/cheese with him. The cost went up over $5.00 after I said delivery. 🤷🏻♀️

Absolutely amazing pizza place! Took my friend from out of state to Sardellas for the first time. Not only was the staff super friendly the food was delicious! My friend said overall its the best pizza joint he has been to in Phx and he can't wait to go back.
I REALLY wanted to like Sardella's. If you grew up in AZ you remember their cute commercial jingle. So I was pretty psyched when I got a coupon for a free pizza when I recently moved. I also got a side of meatballs. The meatballs were great. And their sauce is good as well. But the problem was how greasy the pizza was. It left a huge puddle on the bottom of the box that soaked through. They also give you garlic knot type things with the meatballs and they were undercooked and doughy. I do recommend the meatballs but overall, I was pretty disappointed.

I usually order at the 19th location but today I went here and it was a total mistake. I came in about 15 mins after my order got placed and got told the pizza was gonna be ready soon and it was in the oven and then proceeded to wait over 25 mins and after arriving and the pizza was ready long ago when I got to the counter. There was no communication because they wanted to yell at a girl cleaning tables because she made a mistake on another order instead of marking my box . Now I get to enjoy a pizza that was sitting fit a good minute
