I love Sauce and we eat here several times a month. I met the new manager today and told him I can really see an improvement in the Resturant cleanliness and staff. Food is always great and so happy to have Sauce in our neighborhood.

First time yesterday. Not impressed. Meatballs were bland. Pizza was way to thin and chicken had no flavor. The sauce for meatballs and pizza seemed to be from a can, had a metal taste and meatballs tasted like they were previously frozen. Also didn't like how the utensils were in a bucket on the table but napkins were brought to the table.

We always enjoy Sauce at Norterra. The food is delicious and a great variety. It is very family friendly and reasonable. Recently we encountered an issue with delivery from the 3rd party delivery group and Nico, one or the managers, was so helpful and accommodating to make our order right.

I have gone to the Sauce in Norterra for many years. My husband and I have always enjoyed going to sit down and spend quality time together.
I had never tried Sauce’s online order/take out option before and I wish I hadn’t, because I have never been disappointed in Sauce until tonight.
In summary, the take out/order online and pick up service is untimely.
They didn’t even start making the order until after I arrived and I did not arrive early. I saw no take out orders ready at the time (in the fridge or in the counter) and the woman at the counter printed out 10 or so online orders all at once before telling me that my food wasn’t made yet because my order just came in (after I arrived). I had to wait as long as I would if I came in, ordered in real time, and sat down to get my dinner and somehow it was my fault per the staff.

Don’t go here unless you plan on waiting an extra half an hour beyond the time your order should be ready. It’s an absolute joke. The kitchen is understaffed, the team members don’t even greet you even though there’s four people standing there at the cash register. One person will greet customers while three other people will just stand around. There are many other local businesses that deserve your money better than this place and you will get treated way better

So busy and they seemed unable to handle it. One employee was standing around talking to her mother and we didn't even get the roll with our meal. Very disappointing. I usually don't come to this location and probably will not again.

I love their pepperoni and mushroom pizza thin crust. It was delicious. And the prececco with a favored drink. I recommend. I come here after a long hike from Sedona and it's a great place to exit off the fwy.

Not sure how dirty dining has not checked into this location. Saw roaches and mice droppings everywhere

Not sure what is happening with this location, used to be really good and very consistent with their food. Lately, my pizza has been burned, and today barely any toppings, tables were dirty, and staff isnt attentive or welcoming. Unfortunately I had given many chances and the last 4 times has been a disaster after disaster.. lastly i kindly asked for a plate and to my surprise it was crusted with food. Not going back

Delorra was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. It was super busy on a Saturday evening and she took the time to help me with a complicated order and a payment snafu. She even hooked me up with some cookies since they ran out of beets for my favorite salad.
