Not sure what is happening with this location, used to be really good and very consistent with their food. Lately, my pizza has been burned, and today barely any toppings, tables were dirty, and staff isnt attentive or welcoming. Unfortunately I had given many chances and the last 4 times has been a disaster after disaster.. lastly i kindly asked for a plate and to my surprise it was crusted with food. Not going back

Delorra was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. It was super busy on a Saturday evening and she took the time to help me with a complicated order and a payment snafu. She even hooked me up with some cookies since they ran out of beets for my favorite salad.

It's been several years since I've visited this location of Sauce. It used to be one of my family's favorite dinner spots. My son and I returned recently and it was very disappointing. The empty available tables were all dirty and it didn't seem like anyone was busing or cleaning them. The pizza crust was limp and didn't have any crunch at all. The drink station was out of order, something about being out of C02. It was a Saturday night, how could that be. Overall a very disappointing experience. We won't be back.

Ugh I hate to give this review, but after several less than ideal trips, I have to say we will no longer we frequenting this location. We have been going to Sauce for years and up until the last several visits, we’ve always been happy with the food and service. Unfortunately it is not the same as it was. The pizza is either over cooked and burnt or not cooked enough. There’s never enough sauce in the pastas to coat the noodles, basically eating cooked noodles - we always have to ask for more. Todays visit was a mess. We usually order in but decided to do take out. I arrived about 10 minutes after my quoted pick up time and was told it was be 11 minutes longer. I waited for over 25 minutes for my lasagna that when I got home was still cold along with the rest of my food as it sat out waiting for the lasagna to be done. They also messed up my order - our Mac and cheese had a meatball in it and the pasta red sauce came with barely any sauce, noddles only. The lasagna was also deconstructed and had fallen completely apart. I also had to ask after 20 min waiting if my food would be ready soon. And we didn’t even eat the food upon arriving home because it’s quality and cold temperature. Disappointed in a place we use to look forward to going to. Waste of money for a poor experience.

Ordered for pick up. Arrived at specified time and told another 20 minute wait. 45 minutes for food is fine, but at least give us a heads up and be more apologetic when we arrive on time instead of having an attitude. Horrible service. Don’t recommend if you’re hungry!

Affordable brick oven pizza If you're looking for a good quality woodfired cooked pizza that cost under 15$, then this is a perfect place to visit. The quality & ingredients are great for what you get. The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The inside gets very busy and has limited seating. I recommend coming before or after peak hours.

Ordered twice in the past week. #1 Had pizza and pasta marinara delivered to my home Thursday Evening. The pizza was completely black on the bottom. Every bite was bitter. #2 Went into the restaurant on Saturday 2:30 pm. The ONE server was taking orders, serving orders and cleaning tables; though most tables were dirty. There appeared to be quite a number of employees in the back so I'm not sure why the front was such chaos. The pasta marinara was just a bowl of noodles and the most barest of sauce. The soup came to the table with no spoon so I went up to the front to get one, the spoon that was given to me had dried food on it. I over heard other patrons discussing how bad they felt for the one server who appeared to have to do everything.

I had never been to this location before but it is now my favorite! Particularly because of the incredibly kind and sweet staff that I encountered during my visit. There was a very lovely young lady at the front that really made the evening that much better for us. I think her name was Bella (she had very long beautiful hair that was back in a braid). She was very sweet and helpful and I hope she is there next time I visit!

Wow! My favorite salad has turned into a watered down salad bar salad, very little pine nuts or chicken, and the gluten-free pizza crust was like eating a hard burned saltine! The caramelize onion and sausage pizza was ground up sausage and chopped onions covered in sugar. Inedible. Food quality has really deteriorated from a few years ago.
