Work deliveries for them, the staff are always kind and thoughtful. They always have good priorities and even when they are running late they help so I'm not :)

Ordered food at around 12:10 pm, still sitting and waiting for a single bowl of noodles at 1:15pm. No one could get me an update. I understand yall got a catering order and a bunch of high schoolers came in, but im just gonna get a refund and go home lol ive worked this kinda of job and had 20min max wait during catering. front staff is nice, kitchen staff wouldn't talk to me when I asked about my food just pointed towards someone else.

If you don’t get your food there at the counter it’s gonna be nasty. I ordered a pizza and Mac and cheese 30 min before closing only for the manager to tell me they couldn’t because of “the system”. Anyway the pizza was gross and tasted like it was sitting in their hotbox for an hour which they usually forget to refill the water inside so it stays moist. The location was ok 5 years ago it’s hard to believe it’s somehow gotten worse.

Rotten produce and gaslighting.

We ordered two pizzas both with Arugula greens on top. We always appreciate that the greens are served on the side, and we were handed two boxes of greens.

Thus time, the greens were rotting.

This time, we were given actually rotting, slimly, black and rotting arugula. It was clearly not edible. When I went to turn one of two bad boxes in, they swept it away and said, “this is washed and sterilized, you must have just gotten one or two bad leaves.” “This new batch looks just the same!”

Dear reader, you decide. I’m almost glad I went up with only one if the two boxes so I could post what I was served.

They insisted it was fine, but blanched when I said I had already taken photos.

Make a mistake? Please apologize and fix it. Don’t blame the customer for being picky.

Further, sterilizing and washing arugula does not keep it from growing bad if it is too old. The staff behind the counter, all three of them, insisted my arugula was just fine.

It was rotten.

First photo showed original arugula rotting on left, and a fresh box on the right. It was so bad it was sticking to the inside of the box! Weigh in and tell Sauce if you think this is slimy and rotten. The one intact leaf had other crap and goo stuck to it, as shown.

I stopped by Sauce on Central and Camelback recently to grab a pizza and a beer. When I ordered at the counter, the cashier asked for my ID, which I appreciated and had no problem showing. However, after I sat down and finished my beer, another employee by the name of Max came up to my table, asked who served me, and then asked to see my ID again.

At that point, it felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since my ID had already been checked before I was served. It made me feel singled out and uneasy while I was just trying to enjoy my meal. I did get the employee’s name, and I hope management addresses this situation so future guests aren’t made to feel the same way.

The food itself was good, but that interaction really impacted my overall experience.

Great salad, pasta, panini and pizza offerings! Nice seating areas both inside and out. Arrived to elementary school field trip filling the seats so a bit chaotic and noisy. Will try again. The delicious roasted harvest vegetable salad and Bianca pizza with added fresh garlic were phenomonal! Please support this business!

Need better management and more personal this location is very slow as people spending hundreds of dollars we expect our food on time and not 1 hour late.

My first visit, and it was truly amazing. Initially, I was giving Service 4 stars, but I have to give a 5 star with explanation. The server brought us the wrong pizza. That in itself was not really an issue because we told her, unfortunately my sister didn't realize she had taken a slice out of the pizza. When she's hungry she doesnt pay attention at all, unless it's seafood. However, the server, instead of just checking at the front, she immediately began to shift the blame on how the ticket was written. My concern was to make sure that the person to which the pizza belong get theirs. The greatest thing, when she finally returned, she said we could have that pizza and she brought us our correct order. All in all the server was awesome and we'll be back.

I placed a DoorDash order and after 50 minutes I called the store because I kept getting assigned new dashers. When I called they were laughing and saying that the dasher “took my order”. I placed another order and they canceled my order. Terrible customer service do not come here.

Meat balls were extremely small. I'd rather pay more. Portion of noodles were small. Sauce was good! Not real Friendly. Seemed like all kids running the place.

Im not sure what happened maybe they were just tired. The pizza wasn’t good at all. It had no sauce. Tasted like cheese bread. I didn’t ask for thin crust but got that. I waited a hour to get it so I didn’t want to complain I just took it. I won’t ever be ordering from here again
