Im not sure what happened maybe they were just tired. The pizza wasn’t good at all. It had no sauce. Tasted like cheese bread. I didn’t ask for thin crust but got that. I waited a hour to get it so I didn’t want to complain I just took it. I won’t ever be ordering from here again

I asked for marinara sauce and the girl looked me right in my eyes and said no not right now we are too busy. I don't even care what the pizza taste like I will never go back there. You being busy isn't my problem and if I ask for marinara sauce I will pay for it, or take it free it doesn't matter but you simply go get it if a customer asks for something that you provide as a business. What a ridiculous statement to make to a customer.

Blonde guy working the register is completely incompetent. Doesn't ask me what I'm there for. Asks everyone else. Doesn't know how to get my order ready. Had 3 entrees and 2 drinks. Hands me a pizza and thinks that's it. Has to ask me what the order is as he goes back and forth like a headless chicken.

There was no service. You order like fast food restaurant. Its atmosphere was very plain. You had to get any napkins, silverware, and boxes yourself from a table in the middle of the seating area. The pizza edges were burned. The salad was good.

Ordered take out. Trusted that I didn't have to look in the bag to check my order. By the time I got to my friends in Glendale. Discovered I was given someone else's order. Called was told I'd be refunded. That was 2/7/25 still no refund. Definitely not the best first impression.
I'm now adding to my review. I still have not received a refund. And it's now February 24th. So it looks like I'm going to have to waist 40 min driving there . Reflecting some negativity about the whole situation.i was really not wanting it to come down to this. But I'm not gonna loose 66$ when I got someone else's order and didn't even like it. If the food I accidently got was good I wouldn't have cared. But it wasn't and it was not equal to what I spent.
Newest update. Iv emailed this place about my refund and still being ignored. Guess it's coming down to driving there and being labeled the a hole for doing what's right. Oh and let's not forget the employee cooking food blowing snot rockets into the trash can while I was waiting. Very professional.

I usually have a great experience here, I don't know what happened. Everything was off today the pizza was mostly crust I feel like I got maybe 2 good bites per slice. the pasta was over cooked and veggies were water logged. Everyone was nice but it wasn't too busy, but most of the tables were dirty. Just a let down in all departments.

It's seems that to go order, take priority over customers in the restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes for my order and seeing other customers that came in after me get their orders. I asked the staff about mine, and it was lost in processing to go orders. I asked for a refund and left. This isn't the first time at this location.
Shunned by Sauce. Very Disappointed by my recent experience at Sauce on Central and Camelback. I've been a loyal weekly customer for over 10 years, always ordering my usual half Panini and half salad. However, during my recent visit, there was an error with my order. This has happened before and has never been a big deal.
When the manager was called over, I was told I could no longer order my usual because it’s a waste of product. I was caught completely off guard, as this has been my go-to order for years. Confused and disappointed, I left without making a scene.
I later called the Glendale and 7th Street location and spoke to their manager, who was much friendlier. She assured me this would not be an issue at their location and welcomed me to visit them instead.
While I'm grateful for the positive response from the 7th St location, the experience at Central left me feeling undervalued as a longtime customer. It’s frustrating to encounter such inconsistent policies and treatment between locations.

Came to pick up a to go order that was ready at 6:40 waited in the to go lane and waited for server to finished with the people placing their order looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me then more people came in to order and they served them before me. my sister had to come in to see what was going on at 7:05 when I had not returned The server looked at us again and it wasn’t until she had to ask what the hell’s going on that he came over to finally ask about my order. Had to wait 20min for a to go salad that was ready at 6:40

My lasagna pie pizza was underwhelming. The sauce, cheese, and seasonings were all bland, making the entire pizza taste one-dimensional. With so many flavorful pizza options nearby, I’d recommend trying another spot.
