ordered 2 pizzas to go when i came home i discovered both pizzas were burnt, the cheese was burnt. i have had better frozen pizza than this. what a waste of my time and gas .

I've been ordering from this Sauce since we moved to the neighborhood in 5 years ago and while it was once awesome, its declined over the years. Today was our last visit. The pizzas, once overflowing with toppings, now have next to nothing on them. The supreme today, had one of each topping per slice- one sliver of onion, one slice red pepper, one mushroom. Further, online said the pizzas would be ready in 25 min. We were there to pick up at the 15 minute marker and the pizzas were already in the warmer... neither pizza tasted good; it was like eating crust with some sauce. We'll take our business elsewhere.

This should have never been served.... It also took 25 minutes to receive so I assume now that our order was forgotten. No apology or heads up about the burnt pizza. And no one answered the phone. I live far from this location and would not make it back before they closed for a refund. I'd appreciate it if management could reach out to me.

Love their Mac and cheese plain and with the broccoli-chicken, but this time I took a chance on their spring feature: burrata and herb tomato pizza. Whew, I hope that stays on the menu permanently! What a delight!!!

Decent food. Their menu is not up to date. After asking at the register for the chicken noodle soup on a day they should be serving it (Sun-Tues, it was a Mon), she kindly let me know they didn't have it and had Minestrone which I ordered. Afterwards lady comes up to let me know they don't have that soup and are serving a different soup. Very disappointing...

Did not appreciate insult by a counter worker that if you're Irish you don't need to wear green for St. Patrick's Day. She said it loud enough that it was directed to me, even though she wasn't looking at me. Someone should teach her some manners.

I gave a one star because how are you going to put something on sale but I have no way to order it unless you come in I literally drove 25 minutes over here to get a pizza because nobody’s answering the phones and in all lines not working and I still can’t even get a pizza Service sucks. Nothing on sale if you can’t buy it.

Place order at 7:15 am for "Pie Day" pizza. Arrived at store which had lines to the door with no direction. Stood in line for 30 minutes At which time I grabbed a manager or whoever he was and told them that I placed the order at 7:15 this morning and when he went to go check he said the order hadn't been started. So I asked for a refund and they couldn't even do that they said they would send me a confirmation email. I will never ever ever step into a sauce restaurant for the rest of my life. Totally ruined my son's day who is autistic and aggravated me to no end.

Horrible horrible place if you have kids! Literally the guy told us that the kid shouldn't leave a mess or let them run around because they will dirty the place up. Like did he forget we the ones paying his checks by coming in. A kid is going to be a kid! Never come here !

Large portions, decent flavor pasta. For a place called 'sauce' however, I would expect dishes to be saucy and have many sauces to choose from. Not the case. Only cheese sauce and marinara.
