My girlfriend and I stopped here for lunch. She had the chicken salad which had a thimble size amount of chicken on it and I had a meatball sandwich that was all bread and sauce. They were both terrible so I wrote the company and they basically said sorry but to bad. I will not be going back.

I stopped in today for lunch and was just really impressed by the entire experience. The woman at the counter was very nice, the customer service was top notch, and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable as well. I rarely ever leave a review for something, but this was worth my time doing so. Thank you again!

There was a Schlotzsky's next to my High School (Eldorado - Go Eagles!) in Albuquerque NM back in '85. I used to save my cafeteria money all week so I could get the 'original' on Friday's. Don't need to save now, but was thrilled to find out they had one here in Phoenix. Still the best sandwich on the planet!!!!

Good food. They tried to charge me $11 for chips and a drink with my Sammie so that was d*** but it was fine otherwise.
My wife and I got a sandwich today in the drive thru in the afternoon. My whole point of this review is that the customer service was amazing! They were so polite professional and full of smiles! It was a lady and a young man. Thank you to you both. This review was for you guys. Everywhere should have welcoming and super nice employees like them

If you have a food allergy, run! I have a gluten allergy and ordered a salad without croutons. I specifically asked for a gf salad and no croutons. You guessed it. Covered with croutons. Not safe for anyone with a gluten allergy even though they advertise having gf options.I edited my review because the owner took the time to reach out. He acknowledged an employee made a mistake and he apologized. Pretty rare to have anyone step up and take responsibility. On my next trip to AZ, I'll give them another shot .

Staff very kind and efficient. Food was a little flavorless but no different than most restaurants today. Fairly clean location considering surrounding area. I just can’t get past prices for a sandwich these days. Good + drink + tip you’re at $20. For a basic sandwich - absolutely nothing special or unique.

Let's just say, I won't be going back. Ordered the Fiesta sandwhich with chips and small drink for almost $13. There was very little meat on the sandwich so it felt like I ordered a veggie sandwich. Definitely not worth the price.

They have a instruction demand all caps in the Uber app drivers to get out of their cars and pick up in store. However, when you get off to do that there is a huge metallic sign on the front door that says drive through only. Then it’s permanently padlocked. The worker was very rudely annoyed when I tried to opened the locked door. It’s important to change instructions in the app so delivery drivers can do a good service and not annoy your workers.
