All of the employees here are very kind and have great customer service but Sam is AMAZING ! He deserves a shoutout because he always makes my food with so much love and is soo kind! He makes the best garlic bread ever!
I ordered a sugar cookie and did not get it. But my sandwich was delicious đ I wanted to give 5 but I didn't get my cookie. I still think you guys have a 5 star

Came in there today around 11:15AM on a Sunday and there was no one eating inside and it was not busy at all. This rude young girl on the heavier hefty side with glasses and black shirt took care of us. She could be Native American/Hispanic. Before she even took our order, she sighed like we were an inconvenience to her. She didnât greet us or asked us if weâre ready to order and just stood there quietly looking bothered. We ordered the no. 1 combo and no. 3 combo and she asked if it was a combo. Weâre like yes and weird thing to ask us when we said no. 1 and no. 3 combo. She was very snippy with us and was impatient and told us with an attitude âWell it comes with chips so pick one!â. Anyway, hope management talks to this individual because how she acted was not professional and treated us with disrespect. Definitely donât feel like coming back from the first impression of the customer service alone.

We had a terrible experience at this location. The card machine wasnât working, but we werenât informed until after we placed our order. We were given the option to wait for them to call it in or pay cash. We opted to pay cash, but the kid couldnât count back change correctly. I gave him a $50 bill, and he tried to keep $30.
To make matters worse, the food we received was horribleâsoggy and bland. It was a gross and inedible sandwich. I wonât be returning to this location and wouldnât recommend it to anyone. For $15, we received a sandwich that was far from satisfactory.

I have always loved Schlotzskys being from AZ but my husband had never had it until we went to AZ for vacation. Heâs absolutely obsessed with it! Itâs the first place weâll hit when we go back this winter. Everything is absolutely perfect every time we go

This is a place I love to come to when I can. Unfortunately I'm not near any locations near my home, so when given the opportunity, eating here is a treat. I'm really upset I didn't get any names because the staff here were tip top. I was very happy with my service given it was the first time I had been to this location specifically.
