We've been coming to scooptacular for years.There's only certain ice cream we will eat, but we do try the other flavors. And they are really good. We have never been disappointed.It is a little bit more pricier as compared to other places for ice cream but worth the splurge every now and then.

They have better Ice cream then their name suggests.. local spot, Thai tea and coconut Ice cream are both delicious.

Scooptacular is hands-down one of the best ice cream spots in the Phoenix area. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear this isn’t your average ice cream shop — it’s a place built on passion, creativity, and a real connection to the community.
The ice cream is exceptional: creamy, rich, and full of bold flavors you won’t find anywhere else. I tried their Camelback Crunch and Butterbeer — both were ridiculously good. The balance of textures and flavors was spot-on, and you can tell everything is made with care.
What really sets Scooptacular apart is the atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and genuinely excited to help you find your new favorite flavor (and they’re super generous with samples!). It feels like you’re visiting a friend’s place, not just a store.
They also offer great vegan and dairy-free options, which is a huge plus. And the fact that they support local schools and host fundraisers? Just more reason to love them.
If you’re in Laveen or Arcadia — or even remotely nearby — do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll leave with a smile and probably a pint or two for later.

Always great service and patient with our inquiries. There's always a new flavor that we are able to try that it's part of the experience to taste before picking our choices. And no matter what size, even the kid's scoop, if we want 2 or 3 different ones, we are never disappointed with a no. And my kids love that!

The prices are ridiculous I took my 3 kids to get waffle cones and to charge 50.00 is just wrong, the Ice cream was half melted when receiving it. My7 year said mine is a drink mom. Truly unsatisfied and to pay that much is wild. Could have just gone to cold stone
