I wanted to give Scoopwell's a shot because of the good reviews and its unique concept—I haven’t seen another edible cookie dough bar before. The service was fine, and the interior was clean. I sampled a few flavors (cake batter, brownie batter, red velvet, cookie dough, and oatmeal). They were all pretty good but blended together. I’m not sure if the bases are just too similar, but nothing really stood out. It wasn’t bad by any means, but next time, I’d probably just go for ice cream instead.

Fantastic gem in Uptown Phoenix. I came here with some friends for a desert and it was amazing. The cookie dough feels well-priced and the portions are perfect for one person to consume. I got the 4 scoop option and I mixed and matched each scoop. The team is nice and was willing to let us try a variety of free samples. There is a great environment to eat outside the store, but it can get busy.

This is a lovely little shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. I would not hesitate to visit again when I'm in the area.

Parking: Shopping center with plenty of available parking.

I recently tried a cookie dough bar that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. My friend and I both have allergies, and when we asked to have our cookie dough separated into extra cups to avoid cross-contamination, the staff refused. They said that the loose money when they give costumers extra cups. The problem is it’s a cheap paper cup verses someone’s health issues… I would’ve paid an extra 50 cents if that was what it took to have a cup.

It was disheartening to feel like our concerns were dismissed, especially when allergies can be serious. It’s upsetting when someone makes your health needs feel like an inconvenience rather than a priority.

It’s essential for businesses to take allergies seriously and be accommodating. I hope they can improve their customer service for the sake of those who rely on it.

Very cute place. The cookie dough flavors are definitely hit or miss. I'd probably try it again and order something new, but did have higher hopes for our initial visit. Staff overall was friendly, but responded awkwardly when asked about ingredients/brands.

Went in with two of my friends (a group of three girls). Two of us have allergies, vegan and gluten free, so we needed three separate cups. We asked for the 7 scoop, two vegan, two GF, and three normal. The staff member serving us told us we can't have three cups in the future, even if we have allergies. We were told the reason was that they were losing money. It felt like a cheap paper cup was more important than our health and safety. Won't be coming back.

Super cute store and friendly staff. Most of the cookie dough I tried was too sweet for my liking and the ice cream was more watery than creamy. I really wanted to like this concept!!

If you are a cookie dough lover or any kind of dough lover, this will be your Heaven on earth. They let you freely sample so don’t be afraid to ask! May be the top dessert places in the city as far as I am concerned. I need more now that I am typing this. Gotta go!

The cutest little shop ever. I come here with my granddaughters all the time. Our favorite flavor is the cake batter— it literally tastes like birthday cake! I love supporting small businesses and this is such a yummy and cute spot.

We are from out of town and been sitting here waiting for over 45 minutes. They were supposed to be open 23 minutes ago. The worker arrived at 12:02 went inside and locked the door behind her. We are a family of 13 and would spend plenty. Disappointing. Finally opening now at 12:24
