Scramble, a Breakfast & Lunch Joint

Female Manager with not much customer service when taking my order. I felt like Cattle being moved along. She cut me off as she wanted to take my order her way. Made me forget what I was ordering amd then had excuses why she cut me off and looking at me like she hates me and I'm holding the line up... Bad customer service. People are tired and coming in to wake up and that's the service!?! The manager taking my order never asked if I wanted to dine in or take out as she was done with me and moving me along like cattle. I went back up to tell her and she didnt even look at me as if I was bothering her. Good food, and terrible customer service from an argumentative manager. She wears a black shirt. Everyone else is very nice and busy in orange shirts.

Visited from out of town and at breakfast here every day. Must get the fresh squeezed OJ and the French toast. We loved the Veggie omelet too. Great locally sourced food, clean, and calm environment and excellent service.

Be aware when ordering online…even though the description reads that it comes with an english muffin and hashbrowns, you have to actually select it from the dropdown. Or that’s what I was told when I called to ask.

I do not love giving rough reviews, especially to a neighborhood spot, so I am sticking with three stars since I want to come back and try their egg dishes. The pancakes and cinnamon roll were disappointing and tasted more like mixes, but the coffee was surprisingly good. The place has nice mountain views, a dog friendly patio, and some veggie options, so I will give it another shot for the items they are known for.

It was affordable, food was good, atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly and welcoming, and the establishment was clean.

My boyfriend and I went here today and it was delicious! We got the Chili Verde burrito and the Southwest burrito 10 outa 10 would recommend. The hash browns were crispy and the coffee was cold, I have to come back soon!

I wasn’t blown away by my first visit to Scramble, but I’m giving it three stars because I plan to try it again. The pancakes and cinnamon roll were just okay, but the coffee was surprisingly good and the patio had nice mountain views. It’s a casual spot where you order at the counter, and next time I’ll go for their egg dishes or vegan options and bring my dog along.
