Their food was amazing! The biscuits and gravy were amazing! I highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and polite. The young gentleman at the register was very friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing. I ordered a banana and peach smoothie and someone didn't mix it up enough that it had ice chunks throughout, so I asked for it to be respun in the blender and the man that helped me was very kind and served me a brand new one right away, thank you to that man.

Fantastic place to have breakfast! Everyone is really friendly and the food was fantastic. Really close to where we're staying in our hotel. They even have misters on the outdoor patio if you wanted to sit outside.

Being a long-time customer of Scramble, I am deeply appalled that my spoken concern for the safety of patrons, and the public, regarding an aggressive dog, was dismissed by an employee- a tall man with dark hair, wearing prescription eyeglasses at approximately 8:15 A.M. June 4, 2025.

I informed the employee that when I was approaching the entrance of the restaurant, the dog on their patio began barking aggressively at me and wouldn’t stop until I retreated. This is a big red flag- a serious safety concern.

The employee told me I was lying because they see the patrons and their dog often. I could not believe his unprofessionalism, disingenuousness, and the audacity to call me a liar because I raised concern for the safety of patrons and the public.

I understand wanting to ensure the happiness of pet owners but I don’t think it’s wise to dismiss matters of public safety in the process. Aggressive barking can and has lead to dog attacks in many scenarios and it would be a tragedy if someone got injured because this restaurant, and its employees, chose, instead, to accommodate an evidently aggressive dog. Not only that, this would inevitably lead to a hefty lawsuit.

Suffice it to say, I will no longer do business with this restaurant chain because it has proven that the public, nor my safety, is of utmost importance. That speaks tremendous volumes.

Disappointing to say the least. We ordered the Southwest burrito, and steak and eggs. The eggs were runny, the burrito was all eggs no protein. The steak could've been seasoned more. The cappuccino should not be called a cappuccino in my opinion. If it wasn't for the hash browns this would've been a one star review.

It was fairly easy for me and my family party of 10 when we are all together. Food was good and the service was OK. I feel like the service could have been stepped up a notch. Just my opinion . The rest of my group was very pleased with everything, and although my initial experience was just OK. I will be going back

The food was fresh and delicious. I wouldn't be surprised if they have someone out back peeling potatoes, they were so fresh. Great size portions. Staff was super friendly and attentive.
