I arrived at this place, they didn't serve me and then other people arrived and they asked us if you wanted takeout and we told them yes and the other people were there to eat and they served the other people and they didn't serve us, 10 minutes passed and nothing better we left there

We went to this place with my family, we were 6 people. We asked for separate bills and they FORCED each of us to give gratitude... when they gave us the printed receipt it broke down what we asked for and additionally had a field that said gratitude and it said $7. They charged each of the members with gratitude. I naively thought that was the tip they forced you to give here. But the worst thing was that when I gave my card the device that collects cards said add TIP. I can't believe that after charging MANDATORY gratitude, they demanded to give a tip? I thought it was enough and I didn't give a tip since they forced me to give gratitude that I did NOT want. I would have given maybe $5 because the waitress was serious and angry the entire time and never gave us a smile, it was not a good experience. Also I didn't think the rolls were good and after that they charge you $1 for any sauce you order...

I just left the restaurant and did not notice the included gratuity that we were charged. The server came with a hand held point of sale to charge us showing the total amount of 291 dollars. I paid the 291 and the point of sale popped up to add a tip which I did 40 dollars. The server than gave me a printed receipt and we left. Once in the car we noticed the 40 dollar included gratuity plus the 40 dollar tip. This left me with a bad taste in my mouth

Lemon roll was 🔥... A new favorite.. Mexican roll was good as well.. First time trying Mexican-Japanese sushi.. Want to try other rolls, a lot of good combinations.. Will make it a stop, when I'm in the area..

My friend recommended this place and Came here from Litchfield park. The usual place I go to in Avondale was closed today on NYE 12/31/24. I phoned my order in and the host was super chill and gave me a 45 minute time which was perfect for the drive for me. Sushi rolls and rice where ready and although I got there almost an hour late by the time I got home the food was still hot and very tasty! Highly recommended and thank you for being open for family dinner take outs .
