Used to be our go to spot but they have fallen off in quality starting a couple years ago. I stop by occasionally to give them a chance but it’s very hit or miss - kept it simple and got a quesadilla last night and it wasn’t thoroughly cooked, extremely greasy, not hot, chicken was bland. Salsa isn’t bad but they are so stingy about what they give you now. Hate they’ve declined this way

Nothing worse than your go-to burrito place going down in quality. To the point now where the burrito comes with a raw tortilla, having to unroll and finish cooking it on the comal at home is wild. And the fries inside not well done like ordered but cold and soggy almost as if out of spite 😭 I should have known it was over when the tostadas got to an embarrassing smear of beans and pinch of lettuce RIP

Good restaurant, definitely better than the drive-thru average, but please start checking your orders to make sure the ordered sides are included! Out of my last 3 visits, on one occasion I ordered guacamole and on another occasion, sour cream, was charged for both, and neither was included with the order.
I notice some of the other reviewers have experienced the same or similar issues.
Also, on at least one of my orders, the main dish was not what I ordered.
And on my last order the beef taco I ordered was tiny.
Otherwise recommended, food tends to be good overall, but if they keep screwing up the orders I'm going to drop my business.

I come here all the time and I like when the young lady is working there. The time I come when the old guy is there he gives me hard fries and old meat and my whole plate is cold! I went back to get it fixed and he talking about some it’s nothing wrong with it like how u gonna tell Me what’s wrong with the food when I tasted it myself and they was being to lazy to fix it so they just gave me my money back with and attitude.

I live right by Vaqueros, so I’ve been coming here for their carne asada fries for a while. I’ve had a recurring problem with paying for extra guac and not actually getting it. not on the fries, not even on the side.
The last time I went, I specifically asked for “everything on my carne asada fries and an extra side of guac.” I paid around $17–18 for the fries, which is already kinda pricey, and they gave me zero guac. Nothing. At all.
It’s frustrating because this has happened multiple times, and it always seems to be the same guy taking my order who doesn’t pay attention. I’ve gotten to the point where I double-check my food before even pulling out of the driveway when it’s him.
I don’t think it’s fair to keep paying extra and getting nothing in return. If I’m paying almost $20, the least they could do is get the order right. I stopped going because I’m tired of having to come back every time just to fix something that should’ve been correct the first time.
