Seoul BBQ & Sushi offers a menu filled with an array of delicious, flavorful options. Throughout the past 2.5 years of my visits, it has consistently provided excellent service.

Great place for korean bbq! They also have an all you can eat sushi add on, which is amazing! Great cuts of meat, and marinated meats to. All great tasting with appetizers to. Yummy.

We had ordered the Combination A and chose to get the LA Galbi and Bulgogi. Which tasted great, only complaint is that for the LA Galbi, we only had received 3 slices and the Bulgogi was probably barely a quarter of a pound. Which wouldn't really be an issue, but on their individual LA Galbi menu it states 4 slices, and had I known it would've been shorted due to being in a combination, I would've ordered them as singles. We also got Shumai and Doenjong Jjigae with our combo which tasted great!
Aside from the combo pieces, we had order the Dragon Roll, and Ahi Tuna Tataki. They were both really flavorful. Wanted to order more, as I was still hungry, but I was already over $200 lol.
Also on the website it currently states that parties of 6 or more has an auto gratuity included, we were only a party of 5, my wife and I, as well as our 3 children and the gratuity was included prior to our knowledge and we had already left a tip at our table, not for our server, but for the bar and the bussers before paying. We probably would have know but our server only stopped to check on us twice about 5 minutes after serving our food and 5 minutes after that, and we never saw him again after that. Never got a refill, and never had our sushi plates cleared to create more table space for a comfortable experience. After waiting about 10 minutes after we had finished eating we just walked up, paid and left. Spent $250 total including tips.

This place is just like the ones I visited in Korea. My favorite is the fried rice they have a surcharge for additional meat which can make it a $20 dish but the portion is large. The buffet is $35 a person and they bring you 2 meats at a time you finish that and then you choose more. My favorite phoenix restaurant hands down must try if you do start with the bulgogi.

My daughter's took me here on Fri evening to celebrate father's day early as i was leaving on a trip. We had the all you can eat basic without sushi. Great variety to choose from. Excellent flavor all around. Beef Bulgogi was amazing. Never enough kimchi for me, great flavor.

Unique experience and food with a lot of flavor. My first time but I like it and would do it again. I was pleasantly surprised with the focus on protein and I like the idea of being able to cook my own meat to my liking and so I can experiment. The signs threatening to charge for unfinished food is a bit cheesy but I understand the desire to keep food costs down and avoid wasted food. This is a fun experience for groups of family and/or friends and the food is delicious. Just don’t eat all day before going and if you can bring someone who knows what they are doing on food selection and cooking. The restaurant was clean. The server could have been a little friendlier. The price was reasonable. I would go back here.

Tuesday night soon Dubu and spicy pork with lettuce wraps. Was the best korean food I'd had in a while, including at this restaurant. Maybe because it was less busy than usual but it was great! Made me think it was some wonderful halmonees (grandmas) cooking it.

I finally found excellent Korean cold noodles (naengmyun, 냉면) in the Phoenix metro here at Seoul BBQ. I used to live in Korea and also Koreatown LA so my standard for naengmyun is high. Ever since I moved to Phoenix, I have been looking for a good naengmyun place but every Korean restaurant I tried in Mesa turned out to be such a disappointment. They all serve such amateur naengmyun that taste no better than a $3 frozen package from H-Mart. Naengmyun does take some special preparations so it can be a lot of work for the restaurant. Seoul BBQ knows how to make real naengmyun comparable to LA. My favorite is their mul naengmyun - its chilled beef broth was deep and it tastes familiar like the decent broth I had before at real naengmyun places. Bibim naengmyun was very good too although I would like it a touch less sweet personally. They also bring out mustard and vinegar, which is really a fundamental topping but you’d be amazed at how many restaurants don’t even offer that when they sell naengmyun. I am very glad I found my go-to naengmyun place here now because this will help me survive this hotass Phoenix summer which I am still getting used to.
