Happened to pass by on my way back to my hotel and grabbed a large drip.Excellent coffee and excellent service.The vibe is very cool as well. Not a lot of seating, but I imagine still a fun place to chat, read, and/work.

I read the reviews and was super excited to try this place but, sadly, the coffee was pretty disappointing. The beans did not yield a flavorful cappuccino and the foamed milk was meh, specially compared to some of the other coffee shops in the area, which have really mastered awesome coffee. The pastries I found at the store on a Wednesday morning did not look like the ones in the picture and they only had 2 or 3 different things. Maybe it's better on the weekend.

DISAPPOINTED Was quite excited to visit as their website site shows Pour Over Coffee. When I tried to order I was told they don’t offer it anymore. Ok, my backup was a French Press because it’s on the menu board AND there is literally a French Press sitting on the shelf. Again, “sorry we don’t do that anymore”.

I am so glad that I stopped here on a Friday morning when they were open. The cafe miel was delicious, and the staff were SO friendly. Honestly I was having a bad morning and the staff interaction alone turned my day around. Will definitely be back whenever I visit Phoenix next.

Staff and service top notch. They always take my order with a smile. The place is clean, quiet and perfect for a conversation with a friend or just to do some work. Their pastries are super tasty and fresh and ofcourse every single one of their coffee drinks are delightfully unique and full of flavor. I love their holiday menu! One of my favorite coffee shops in downtown.

I love this place. I go 5 times a week. But today they ran out of coffee? Lol how does that happen? I felt bad for the baristas having to be the messengers that they were out of beans. Hope this gets resolved quickly.

Rose pistachio latte- so good! The medium has 3 shots of espresso so it's nutty, but slightly sweet.

Great example of AMAZING service!-I walked in around 1:15PM, the lady behind the counter gave me a welcoming look and said to take my time even though it was close to closing! -I asked what she recommended not too sweet and she said everything! I'm glad the menu is that solid -She asked what size and I said grande as per what the display cup said, but I'm glad she asked again because sometimes people say grande and mean medium because of Starbucks.-I said thank you after she gave me my drink and she said "enjoy" with a great big smile Clearly, she knows a thing or two about good customer service and really cares about her customers! You've got a returning customer here!

Great example of bad service:- 4 of us walked in around 1:15pm, the lady worked there gave us really rude look and told us we have few mins to order so hurry when the sign says 2pm.- I asked what you recommend not too sweet, she said everything.- She asked what size, I said Grande as that size is clearly marked from the display cup. Then she said I don't know what that is.- No thank you or anything to any one of us.Clearly, she's incompetent when it comes to customer service and doesn't really care about customers. One and done.

I loved this little coffee shop! I was attending a conference at the convention center near by and had been walking to a different coffee shop every morning. Sadly, I didn't find Serafina until the last day; had I found them first, i wouldn't have bothered with the others. Serafina is a charming spot with eclectic patronage. The barista, possibly the owner, was very friendly. I had a cherry turnover, which tasted good but maybe a little too flaky for my taste. The cold brew coffee was very good, I think i detected a hint of cinnamon.
