Really sad how they have 12 people working, yet produce a burger every 5min. Slowest staff I’ve ever seen, must only higher mentality disabled people. I’ve waited 30 min for 1 burger, only 10 people ahead of me.

Long wait. No shakes, and no notice that there was going to be no shakes before I waited for 20 minutes.

It’s airport food so can’t expect much. Food was meh… service was worse.. tables were dirty.. burger was all over the place. Only reason for a 2 star and not 1 is because the vanilla milkshake was good!

They “lost” my order and I finally just had to run to my plane for final boarding after 30 minutes of waiting.

Much better than Panera or Starbucks breakfast because they have better prices and they serve cooked food not just microwaved sandwiches.

Just tried to place an order. They are out of chicken sandwiches, SHAKES, shake shack sauce, lettuce and tomato! Here is the best part...only would sell you a plain cheeseburger, but out of hamburgers!!!! So much for being a fresh burger...they had cheeseburgers waiting in a warming tray!!!! And that was it. UNBELIEVABLE! Lots of little kids in line going to be VERY disappointed. Even with the limited menu, my husband easily waited 20 minutes in line. I guess they really wanted to sell those plain cheeseburgers!!!!

Never never been to a Shake Shack before and was really pleased with my meal of a shack burger and fries. Nice and hot, tasted great, fast friendly service. More than what I'm used to in an airport. The lemonade was also very refreshing.

I believe it was Kevin number 489703 who waited on me and was wonderful. He assured me he would make my meal —lettuce wrapped burger with fries and a strawberry shake totally gluten-free. He was reassuring and very sensitive to my concerns of being a sensitive celiac. Cross contamination issues are serious and would get very sick if I was glutened.Just want to say, if you are celiac, have a gluten allergy, you can go to Shake shack at sky Harbor, and be assured of having a gluten-free mealIt is rare to find a place at an airport that provides and accommodates serious allergy prone travelers.Dietary restrictions: Sensitive Celiac-gluten allergy

Biggest thing for me is the Black and White shakes. BEST in da business, and when you combine that with a juicy burger and salty fries it's heaven on earth.

Took forever to get our food for our small family and then forgot half our food. The staff clearly doesn't care. Below average

There are 5 workers at the grill and not a single one is working. All the while there is a line of customers waiting to get their order taken. They're still standing back there with lollipops in their mouths and not attempting to even serve the customers. Not a single person is wearing a hair net. Joking and laughing not making food.
