I loved the food. To me, the burger flavor was right up there with The Habit, Five Guys, Smashburger, or Mooyah. The only issue was that part of the bottom of my bun was very thin/missing, but it was still good. We had bacon cheese fries too. For me, they were fine, but my husband didn't like the liquid cheese sauce. He would have preferred grated cheese like the way Chili's makes Texas Cheese fries. His major qualm with the burger was that the bun was not grilled. He loves burgers with grilled buns. The cost is pretty pricey as well. This location is located in Uptown Plaza and is quite large inside. They have outdoor seating as well. The service was excellent.

I ordered through door dash fries were cold and hard and the avocado chicken sandwich was soaked in Grease. I had to use one of my own buns. I contacted them that day and received a voicemail it clearly said on there they call me back within 24 hours but they didn't even do that. I gave them 24 hours to make this right and they wouldn't even call me back so here are pictures with the review I would avoid this shake shack location at all cost.This is an update.... Apparently someone saw my review and offered me a $50 credit to use at shake shack again. I tried to use this code on an order today thought I would give them one more try and you won't believe it but the code would not work. I requested another code have heard nothing. I am absolutely amazed at their inability to get it right. Eat here at your own risk because if you don't like your order you won't ever be able to get your money back because they do not respond.
