Terrible experience. Accidentally placed a take out order for the location closest to me and it sent me to a different location. The manager refused to give me a refund even though the location I went to said they would because my food had already been made. I work in customer service and mistakes happen, it’s up to the business to do what’s right for the customer in this situation. The manager was very rude and yelled “next time select the right location!” Definitely not the right way to do business. Will never go to that location. At least the gentleman at the Glendale location was kind and understanding.

The ribs were cooked to perfection. The coleslaw could have had more dressing on it and more flavor. Very bland. Also, ribs should always have a cup of sauce for dipping on the side.

I had 1/2 rack of ribs. Very good. Serving size was good value. The place is set up for dining in but really better for take out. A minus in my world is there are no adult beverages.

The menu offers delicious options at reasonable prices, and Lina's friendly and attentive service makes every visit memorable. Worth the trip for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience!

The grilled chicken tenders were anything but tender. Completely dried out. The food was at room temperature. The ribs were burnt. Putting the sauce on the food just made everything colder. It wasn't cheap, either.

Been here 5 times ....food is decent but I am never going backBeen here 2 times this week after working out at Mountainside Gym.. its in the same parking lot as gymboth times I stood at counter WAITING for someone to take my order for over 5 mins..( and NO they were not busy.. I was only guy around trying to order)both times I left with my 40 bucks!!I refuse to pay 17 bucks for a sandwich and fries and a tiny drink x 2 for my girlfriend and tip..its about 40 bucksI refuse to PAY for bad servicetoday 8-9-23 430pmgirl behind counter was talking to her friend about friend stufftotally looked right at me and just let me stand there for 5 mins and continued talking to her friend and laugh and gigglejust like last time i leftEXCEPT this time i wont be backit is now obvious your employees don't want my business or to do their jobsits a-shame for the owner.. If they had good service i would drop 100 bucks or more a week here... but service is always SUPER SLOW...takes them 15 mins to wrap up a sandwich and fries everytimeim DONE

The manager Edward Didn't want to cancel an order placed online, was placed at the wrong location and the manager said they can't cancel because it was already made, the other location is far from where we are at, we are at lose of money and didn't get any food. As I was talking to the manager he was being rude and completely ignored me. I called a 2nd time trying to reach anyone I got hinged up on. Called again for the 3rd time and someone named Lina answered gave me the owners number which is below. I give this place a 0/5 if I could terrible customer service and stingy franchise who won't cancel a simpleOrder to be made at a different location.
