Sharetea is one of the most authentic Taiwanese boba spots in Phoenix, which is a rare find in a city where many boba places feel more westernized. The drinks are fantastic—rich, flavorful, and true to the Taiwanese roots of boba. If you’re looking for sweeter, more experimental flavors like mojito or Oreo boba, you might prefer other spots, but for authentic boba, Sharetea is hard to beat.
That said, there’s room for improvement in the service. During our visit, the staff seemed eager to close up, dimming the lights and cleaning about 15 minutes before closing, which made the atmosphere feel a bit rushed. They were also out of boba and jelly, which was a letdown, but the drinks we did get were still delicious.
I’m giving Sharetea five stars because their drinks are excellent, and it’s so important to support an authentic Taiwanese boba shop in Phoenix. I hope the service experience can improve to better match the amazing quality of the drinks. This is easily one of the best places for real boba, and I’ll definitely be back!

I asked for less ice and I saw the girl put too much ice and when she handed over my drink I asked her if that was less ice, she said yes n walked away. Came out and put a spoon n took out the ice. There was less than half drink. Ice was more than half cup (long boba cups )

They should just take off the Lime Mojito off their menu. They’re always out of limes when we try to order the lime mojito. I’m sure they got a bunch of limes in the back. The staff are just too lazy to cut some limes. They’re always on their phones and seem like they get mad when someone walks in because they have to get off the phone and actually do their job.

If I could give them less than a star I would the drinks are absolutely awful and the service the same I referred to them as the drink was way too sweet and all 3 attendants came to each other's rescue saying that's how the drink is suppose to look because it has mango , obviously it has mango but i ordered a green tea lol certainly not because I've been coming here for at least 3 years and getting the same drink I was gonna give them another chance but I guess I'll just find another boba place because this one sucks 👎

My family loves Sharetea. We have been costumers for 4+ years. We higly recommend this place for Boba lovers but the place could be even better if they add popping Boba.

Absolutely disgusting tea and the customer service isn't good at all for the cost of the tea, the employees run to the back as soon as they hand you the tea and just dissappear , paid about 8 dlls for a drink I threw away as soon as I sipped into it because it was extremely sweet save your money on this one, disappointed

Horrible customer service. Average drinks. The staff are rude and non accommodating. I asked for half mango & half strawberry boba tea for my son. They said they can’t do that. So I asked if they could do one mango, and one strawberry and just combine half & half. They got very angry and said they don’t do any customizations. However, it’s probably my 15th time coming to this shop.. due to son loving it… and they have done it every time. It’s also the first bubble tea shop I have ever been to that will not combine fruit flavors. Just felt petty and a very easy and basic request, that they just refuse to fulfill. After that whole thing- tried to order two different drinks that were on their menu and they were out of multiple ingredients. Finally found drinks that they had and both leaked all over our clothes. ? There are other Share Tea locations & they provide good customer service and also “combine” flavors.. will pick one of those next times.

I got a parasite from the boba I got here. Got incredibly sick after finishing my drink and have been miserable for days after. I had originally thought the lychee jelly tasted wrong, but pushed through and finished it. The service also was not very good, waitress was rushing me when it was my first time there. Be careful guys ?
The delivery driver talking about carrying 15 gallons of milk is crazy hilarious. Go look at that review if you havent already seen it. Boba is good no issues, helpful staff.

I tried the mango & passion fruit tea. It did not disappoint. The staff were great at explaining the options to a newcomer (me). The facility was clean considering how busy it was. And there was minimal wait.

I personally do not drink Boba. However, my daughter loves the stuff. This is definitely one of her favorite places. She says the strawberry ice blended is delicious. My issues with this place and why it won’t get five stars is they only take cash right now if you have exact change. Also, if you pay by credit card they perform the tablet flip and say it’s going to ask you a few questions. Very Tacky expected tip. I’ll start by saying I am a very good tipper when I dine out. My minimum tip for bad service is 20% and only goes up from there if the service better than bad. Not sure when a tip became expected just for doing your job and making an overpriced drink? Every time I push no tip, then they flip the tablet back around and always give me a dirty look for not tipping. I’m an adult so this doesn’t make me feel the least bit guilty. I refuse to be guilted into tipping for something that shouldn’t even be tipped on. They do not get paid like wait staff and don’t provide a service that deserves a tip.
