Sharetea makes some of the nicest peach bubble teas I’ve had, and as a peach aficionado, I stand by it. I really like the soft texture of their boba and the tea flavors smell and taste good with none of that medicinal after taste you occasionally get elsewhere. This location is pleasant and clean for a mall location and that part of Desert Ridge itself is cheerful and pretty especially at nightfall. I’m not sure what all those negative reviews are about! So far the staff has been courteous and helpful. There’s even a point system you can get on (a helpful staff member showed me how) working towards free drinks. The only constructive criticism I could give would be to please allow split cup orders (not everyone can drink a whole cup every time).
My daughter used to love this place, but not anymore after what happened yesterday. We went there around 1 PM and there was no employee in the front to attend but we still waited, good, 10-15 minutes till the time another couple came in, and after them, waiting for five minutes, two Of the employees came from the back. we did place an order & Left the place after getting it. My daughter tried the drink and felt it was not as sweet as she usually gets so, she made me try to see if I feel the same, and I said yes, it’s missing the sweetness. She didn’t like the drink, so I told her to go back and tell them if they can fix it for her, but when she went, the lady said we cannot do anything since this is 50% gone, but FYI it was still 75% if not more. Then she tried doing something with the drink and made it all watery and gave it to her. So my daughter got so upset because it was not an ice blended drink anymore with an ice cream scoop on the top, but just thin liquid so she had to toss the drink, $10 in garbage!! we don’t recommend this place anymore.
They literally took off everything on the menu, the mojitos were the best part and then they proceed to look at you like an alien when you ask for it, they dont even give you a headsup on the changes done to the menu. My sister got the peach kiwi aiyuu jelly tea and they only gave her the peach tea. She asked about the jelly and the workers answered so rudely telling her they dont have those anymore, like okay? Then whys it advertised WITH THE JELLY. the workers are never nice. Its not a good place to go to anymore unless you want horrible customer service.
Had the honey pearl milk tea, with oolong tea, after a recommendation from staff. It is AMAZING! Staff was friendly and helpful, will definitely be back. Thank you!
An outlet offering unique flavors of Taiwanese drinks and snacks. Just drop by and see if it suits your taste — you’ll likely notice the difference and enjoy the experience.
Best boba in northern Phoenix, the tea quality and variety are top notch and the boba was perfectly chewy. I love it!
Update in May 2025
The new item, Taiwan popcorn chicken, is bomb. Crispy, flavorful, and freshly made to order! The 10 min wait is absolutely worth it

I used to like this place and would highly recommend it but not only did they get my order wrong tonight but when I spoke up, the person behind the counter was very rude. You have definitely lost my business and my recommendation.
The boba here is amazing!!! I recommend the original boba tea!!! The tea here is always quality and tastes so good!!
Horrible customer service!

Sharetea is a chained boba tea brand from Taiwan. The boba here is cooked right, not too chewy.
Sharetea is one of the most authentic Taiwanese boba spots in Phoenix, which is a rare find in a city where many boba places feel more westernized. The drinks are fantastic—rich, flavorful, and true to the Taiwanese roots of boba. If you’re looking for sweeter, more experimental flavors like mojito or Oreo boba, you might prefer other spots, but for authentic boba, Sharetea is hard to beat.
That said, there’s room for improvement in the service. During our visit, the staff seemed eager to close up, dimming the lights and cleaning about 15 minutes before closing, which made the atmosphere feel a bit rushed. They were also out of boba and jelly, which was a letdown, but the drinks we did get were still delicious.
I’m giving Sharetea five stars because their drinks are excellent, and it’s so important to support an authentic Taiwanese boba shop in Phoenix. I hope the service experience can improve to better match the amazing quality of the drinks. This is easily one of the best places for real boba, and I’ll definitely be back!

I asked for less ice and I saw the girl put too much ice and when she handed over my drink I asked her if that was less ice, she said yes n walked away. Came out and put a spoon n took out the ice. There was less than half drink. Ice was more than half cup (long boba cups )
They should just take off the Lime Mojito off their menu. They’re always out of limes when we try to order the lime mojito. I’m sure they got a bunch of limes in the back. The staff are just too lazy to cut some limes. They’re always on their phones and seem like they get mad when someone walks in because they have to get off the phone and actually do their job.
