Sharko's has been the caterer for many of the Diocese of Phoenix events that I have attended. The most recent experience however was nothing short of outstanding. They had an amazing choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts together with a very attentive staff.

I visited Phoenix July 4th weekend 2025 to attend a convention. This was my 1st time in Phoenix, and I was tasked with finding a caterer to feed 10+ men, lunch and dinner July 4th and 5th. I read a lot of reviews, and Sharko’s stood above the rest. I contacted the Sharko’s Team and they drafted (4) menus for my approval. Truly could not have asked for a smoother catering experience. During the dinner I had countless people tell me how quickly everyone had ate (we did buffet style with 155 guests and everyone had gotten their food within 20 minutes), and how yummy the food was. Not to mention when we took a moment to ourselves after the ceremony they immediately brought apps to the bridal suite and sat a tray full down, they were constantly checking in on us and filling up our waters.
