I was at Sky Harbor airport on a lay over when I was craving a nice Mexican meal. I had about 2 hours before my connecting flight so I stopped to grab a bite to eat. A nice simple menu with the staple of Mexican cuisine, super easy to pick your meal. I got the chicken quesadillas, looked super yummy. The staff was super pleasant & polite, took my order, and insured its accuracy. My meal was out very quickly, hot & fresh. They did have a small bar area, so if you wanted...
Pretty good option. The tacos weren't the best, but they were filling. Their veggie option can be made as tacos, a bowl or a burrito. Ask for no dairy(cheese or chipotle crema) to make it vegan. They added guac for me too. The server was very knowledgeable about ingredients.
We were starving while waiting for our flight and luckily, Sir Veza's was in our terminal. They were extremely busy, but it was worth the wait.
I got the veggie soft tacos, with 2 soft tortillas, black beans, rice, guacamole, and veggies. They were delicious and filling. They are over-priced, just like everything in the airport.
