Sizzle Korean Barbecue

On Saturday January 17th me and my date went to dinner at this Sizzle location. During our meal the fire suppression system went off causing black water to spray and splash all over every table grill in the restaurant. It got all over our clothing and shoes and ruined my dates white shoes. I reached out to Sizzle about the situation, not asking for much, just asking if the would be willing to make up for the disastrous situation. I contacted them on Sunday January 18th and never heard anything from them. They don’t seem to care about what happens to their patrons in their restaurant. Very disappointing that they never even sent an apology or an any kind of reply at all.

Still hungry after ordering large for two adults. Quality is getting worse. I used to like this place when the quality of meat was better. I would rather go to the AYCE place for this quality and price.

Delicious food & very attentive & nice waiters. Fair price just gets very loud near dinner time. Come here often and I don’t plan on stopping.

Yummy, straight up. A bit pricey but worth it. Hopefully, you'll get a good server. Sometimes that varies, but you know, that how it is.

Delicious KBBQ. We got the combo set for 2 and it was more than enough food (and I eat a LOT). Banchan was fresh. They grilled the meats for you, but the lady who helped us did a great job.

This was our first time at Sizzle (or KBBQ) and we had a larger party. We were a little confused on what things were, how to order, what was best, how to use the stove, how to cook the meat, etc and our waiter was absolutely ZERO help. Not only that, but he dropped the boiling hot soup onto my friend and literally didn’t even say sorry. Just got him an obviously dirty rag & never mentioned it, took anything off the bill, sent over a manager… nothing. Wild.

As far as the food, it was ok! Maybe we weren’t adding the right sauces, sides, or what not… but again we had no idea what anything was.

The final straw was the gratuity suggestions on the bill. On a $300 bill, the suggestion was $90 for 20%…… obviously not accurate at all. All of our friends suggested tips were grossly inflated. Assuming they just wanted drunk people not to notice. That was our final straw, so sadly we won’t be back!

Referrence to Desert Ridge location. Food generally tasted good except for the brisket slices in the
pairing menu. It was really tough eventhough it was cooked correctly by the server. Not coming back.

My husband and I have probably been to Sizzle over a dozen times, and our visit last Tuesday for his birthday was our favorite visit by far! The meat was perfectly cooked and so flavorful, and the quality of the mango bing soo was incredible as always. Our server Benjamin was very courteous and made sure we had enough sides throughout our meal. We really appreciate you guys and can't wait to come back!!

The food is absolutely amazing. Somewhat friendly staff. I don't. I don't mind the food is so good. We will keep going for sure. Also everything is fresh.

So Disappointed — This Used to Be Our Favorite Spot
We used to love coming here, But our recent family dinner (nearly $700) was a nightmare.
Service was slow and dismissive. We have 5 people per table but they bring us only 5 tiny sides of Panchan, and then I ask for another Panchan like Radish or Kimchi . He said he not gotta to give us extra Panchan until we finish and then he will bring us some more. But uk what Side dish refills (panchan) took 5-10m to bring out thooo. Lol
Cold noodles were served warm.
Pancake came out burnt and unappetizing. When we asked about it, the staff said the kitchen had “changed the recipe” and refused to remake it — just offered to remove it from the bill.
Meat portions were noticeably smaller, soup was overly sour and salty, and the grill wasn’t changed until we asked (and then had to wait again).
Overall, the service felt cheap, the food quality has dropped dramatically, and the experience was frustrating instead of enjoyable. This place used to be great, but sadly, it’s not the same anymore.
