Their salad bar is delicious and fresh. They NEVER have their famous cheese toast. Go there weekly and always told they're out. 🙄 The wait staff are not friendly or helpful.

What started as a joke amongst our friend group 4 years ago has turned into something we never could have imagined.
Let me set the scene, covid hit and took out all our favorite buffets but somehow sizzler was still standing. Good ol sizzler. Our one friend laughed and said yea why not. We had all had sizzler before and all thought it was just a step above old country buffet, same dingy food and old time atmosphere. We were not expecting great. That first year we went, it wasn't that great. Steaks overcooked, dingy not many options buffet. Clam chowder that looked like a science experiment. But we decided the whole experience warranted an annual trip just to see if anything had changed.
The next year we added in a fun travel activity, the passangers in the car had to find the best WORST review and the driver picked the funniest. We arrived at the sizzler and to our surprise the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night. Food was still not the greatest but slightly improved from the year prior.
We continue this tradition every year and somehow each year the food just got a little better than the year prior.
This year we decided this last weekend was our time to go. I should have known something was going to be different when I opened Google reviews and all the most recent reviews were to my surprise, POSITIVE. Could it be, has the sizzler finally stepped it up completely?! I shared my findings with the vehicle and now we are all skeptical of what this night holds for us or if maybe we were being bamboozled. Nope, not one single bamboozlement here. The sizzler has in fact become no longer a joke to us, so much so we decided we're upping our game to semi annual. Food was hot and abundant, nothing was out of stock. The PLACE WAS PACKED. There were so many people there that we actually didn't get to sit at our normal table that is usually vacant every year we go. And the biggest thing, that soft serve ice cream machine is ALWAYS on and works.
Let me tell you, if they get any better we may just have to move this into our regular rotation.

This place has improved so much. The salad bar was absolutely fabulous. Everything on there was delicious and fresh. I loved it before it wasn’t that fresh now I don’t know what happen. It’s amazing. The food is perfect. Everything taste so good the drinks are wonderful. The waitress was fabulous. Recommend this to everybody.

i used to come here years ago and the food was good but it was just gross now... even my tea tasted weird. it was just bad. my server Tom tho he was very nice and sweet. he was very attentive. i spent almost 90 bucks for two just to have had 4 chicken wings that were good and ice cream. the chicken noodle soup looked thick and inedible. it was just bad... i wish i had talked to manager for refund or looked at the food before i paid... i really wants to take my son out but we both agreed we should have went to chipotle. 🤦🏻♀️
