I placed an order for 24 original wings on Sunday 7/28/24 Received conformation that my order should be ready. Arrived was told that supplies were being picked up, and that i would need to wait until he returned to complete my order. The lady at the counter didn't know how long it would be. We waited over an hour After asking for the third time if the order was ready. She says we will refund your money in 3 days. Very disappointed. This would hav been my third time ordering from them. The wings and fries are excellent. But i hesitant to order again. Plus the wait really pissed off my husband.

Ordered here to get some wings. After nearly 2hrs of waiting the food was still not ready. Calling them was absolutely no help as they didn't answer. Don't waste your time or money here.

I placed a to go order online at 11:30am for a 12:30pm pick up. Arrived and was told…he’s running late. I was then given a paper to call and ask myself how late he would be. I immediately asked to cancel my order. Now I have to go find something else to eat. Not how envisioned spending my lunch break. I will never order anything from this place again.

Walked in at 12:55, 30 minutes before they closed and I walked in black fat dude was just standing there looking at me I said hello and he didn’t even say anything just took his phone out and then just closed the gate to his window and went to the back with no words. DONT EVERT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!they are so rude and I work at a fast food place I would never act like that with a customer even if I’m about to close. And the person was definitely a worker and I already knew from the start what type of place this is.

Wings were great and are made to order so they are fresh! My favorite was the hot lemon pepper and the Phoenix rub. Smackin fries are a plus too. We will be back! Thank you!

Excellent choice for takeout and some of the highest quality food you are going to find at a late night hour. I can't say enough. We didn't even specify that we wanted our wings crispy and saucy but dude serves it like that already, that's how you know they are wing connoisseurs. Lemon Pepper hot was insane, I ate 12 wings straight with fries and had to literally stop my self from finishing the rest of the 24 piece my wife and I shared. Good job Smackin Wings, might possibly be the best wings in town. Stick to what you know and no matter what, it's gonna glow.

These are some of the best wings I’ve had in Phoenix, everything I’ve ordered from here has been delicious and exceeded expectations. Although the food takes a little longer to get to you, it’s fresh and soo good. Highly recommend ordering the smackin fries and punch with your wings ? the man who runs this place also deserves a round of applause for being basically a one man show. This is now a regular rotation for take out night.
