I ordered for pickup. It was supposed to be ready in 20 but took an extra 13 minutes. Not that big of a deal. I wasnt mad at the burger and fries. Especially for the $5 off deal I received. The smash fried had about 5 tablespoons of oil at the bottom of the fry cup. If I had dumped the fries out in my car or elsewhere it would have been a tragedy for my vehicle.... Service and attention to detail could be better. The oil on floors could be very dangerous in this place also... But the food was good.

As a plant-based person my entire life, options are hard to navigate sometimes. The assistant manager Brandon R. at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful! He took his time to explain things, answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and was a joy to work with! I'll definitely come back because of the way I was treated! And the food was pretty good too!

Went in at 8:45 tonight. Kallie told us we couldn’t dine in. Got home with the food. Fries were cold even though we live right around the corner and my burger was missing all the toppings. Waste of money

We ordered our food asked Kaylee for the restroom after she ignored use multiple times she finally says they are being cleaned and closed for the night I guess I don’t understand how you can buy food and not get to use the restroom in the establishment.

Very rude short answered spent $18 can use the restroom, She literally ignored us to go around the question because I guess they wanna hurry up and go home and not worry about their job or paying customers. I even tipped them!! Like come on

Bad customer service . The employee at the cash register looks unhappy. He is suppose to be the face for the company. I placed my order and proceeded to the soda machine . Walked towards the table and there was something on the floor and I slipped and fell . My friend and another customer assisted me with getting up . My friend notified one of the employees and they didn’t even bother to come and ask me if I was ok . I ended up spilling my drink on the floor due to me slipping but the employee waited about 5 min to come and clean it up . Again , didn’t even acknowledge what had just happened . He cleaned it up and didn’t even put up a wet floor sign . I tried to get a hold of someone but had to send an email to explain what had just happpened.
