I wanted to get some smash burger. But when I walked in to this location, I was told that any order would take at least 35-45 minutes. Had there been any business there, I might have understood. But there was no one there eating. No one ordering food. I just don’t understand how any burger takes 35 mins to make. Felt more like the staff just wanted to scare off my business. And that’s exactly what happened. Five guys had no problem serving me and literally got home with food faster than 35 mins and they were also serving through a rush while also short handed on staff. Do better smash burger.

The cashier was nice but didn't smile at all. I ordered a Double Classic Burger with no cheese. I got a single burger with cheese. When she brought the food I told her what I ordered and she said no, you ordered a single, it's on the bill. I didn't argue with her, but clearly she keyed in a single, her mistake, not mine. She was very defensive. Won't be back there!

They messed up my order, and I realised that, when I was already back home, so I had to return there and waste my time, got condescending attitude, they refunded me for my previous order just to charge me 1 dollar extra, lol. And obviously no apologies
