Horrible experience. My friend and I went, and after we had ordered our food, she realize she had forgotten to order a gluten-free bun so she walked back up to the counter to request a gluten-free bun to have one of the staff members bark at her well “we’ve already made it you have to eat it.!” That is unacceptable. She is highly allergic to gluten what an inappropriate thing to say. Very disappointing. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Food was great! I LOVE the SmashTots! Ordered the spicy burger. It was very tasty, but had a LOT of jalapeños on it. Probably more jalapeños than burger. Still tasted good though. The tables needed to be cleaned off, and our burgers took a bit longer than expected (apparently they had a really big order come in right before we got there). Overall, it was great though!
Walked in yesterday, COMPLETELY EMPTY in the restaurant. Team member said it will be a 30 MIN WAIT! THE RESTAURANT IS COMPLETELY EMPTY! We asked why?? Team member stated their ONLINE ORDERS WERE TAKING UP THEIR TIME AND THEY WOULD HAVE NO TIME FOR IN PERSON WALK INS. What?!?! WALK IN SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABOVE ONLINE!!! We left. The people behind us left. Will never go back. Ever.
