Burgers were a bit salty, but I know people like it that way. It's just not our style. Fries are simple, good but not great, and had a fish aftertaste (prly the grease used). The fries and a drink were more expensive than the burger itself, wild! We wanted to enjoy eating outside on the patio but it was pretty dirty. I know a storm blew through a few days prior but, not even attempt to dust them or anything. We cleaned it ourself and ate outside. That was very nice, best part of the place is the patio. If it was clean I bet more people would have been enjoying it!

My wife and I ordered some burgers from this place, the costumer service was good, the cook acknowledged us while we stood there and waited for the server to come out from the back. We were offered a water cup while we waited for our food. After my wife and I drank some water from the fountain station we received our food. We took it back home. I ate my burger and my wife ate half of hers an hour later her and I started to suffer from food poisoning. Not sure if it’s cause the fountain drink station hasn’t been cleaned in awhile or there was cross contamination on our food. We definitely will not be coming back to this location again.

Customer service was good, friendly cashier but my smash frys has to much frying grease at the bottom on the carton then to realize the bottom of the bag was also soaked in the grease as well

Me and my husband got there to pick up online order. The lady that was doing the order was lackadasaical, telling us that the order wasn't ready, and turned out that the food was sitting under the heat lamps the whole time. She told the people at the kitchen that the burger wasn't there and more than 20 minutes after, she noticed that the burger was just under the heat lamp. She bagged up the order and didn't say anything or apologize. Didn't seem like she care at all.

Burgers were great, girl at the counter was not. She made me order fries right after I ordered my burger, like I could not order 2 or 3 burgers together. She said they will get confused in the back. Only one confused was her. Ordered one order of fries but they gave us 2,said they made some extra and we could have them, that was cool.

Horrible experience. My friend and I went, and after we had ordered our food, she realize she had forgotten to order a gluten-free bun so she walked back up to the counter to request a gluten-free bun to have one of the staff members bark at her well “we’ve already made it you have to eat it.!” That is unacceptable. She is highly allergic to gluten what an inappropriate thing to say. Very disappointing. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Food was great! I LOVE the SmashTots! Ordered the spicy burger. It was very tasty, but had a LOT of jalapeños on it. Probably more jalapeños than burger. Still tasted good though. The tables needed to be cleaned off, and our burgers took a bit longer than expected (apparently they had a really big order come in right before we got there). Overall, it was great though!
