Nasty food. Cold greasy fries. Slice of cheese ws thicker than the burger. Squished bun. Half of milkshake was spilled or drank. I threw it all in the garage because that's exactly what I received. You'd think for $20 they'd do better. Lesson learned, never again.

I had given up on this place about a year ago because of the service... Now I know why, I decided to give it one more chance but never again.. I placed my order at 5:54 PM.. nobody in the restaurant but me and 1 other lady.. the entire time I was here all I could here were the two girls that was supposed to be preparing the orders laughing. I received my order at 6:25 PM... Seems like the priority goes to Uber eats or doordash drivers.. I asked the lady if it normally takes a half an hour to get it to go order and she just shrugged her shoulders.... I'll never return to any smash burger again.

So recently I was given a bunch of old gift cards somebody found in a drawer and there was $50 to smashburger, I hadn't been to smashburger in years and I realized this one was close enough to go for lunch so I decided that I was going to have a few burgers this week. I was actually pretty impressed by the quality of the hamburgers. They were very filling and loaded. The one take away from this location was the service was actually really good. The dude at the front counter was very attentive and always was asking me if I needed anything and brought my food out to me. I was not expecting that level of service at such a casual place. It's a pretty generic atmosphere just playing it safe, I would prefer a more interesting atmosphere but if you want to grab a burger and just disappear this place is probably it. They should just have combos, ordering the fries and drink separately is dumb. The price seemed expensive but it's not really for the quality of the burger, they do get you on the fries and drinks tho. There are a million places to grab a burger and if you can't do a local spot then smashburger is definitely better than a lot of places.

Great place! I have been going to smashburger for years and love it everytime! Try the crispy chicken, it's soo good!
My favorite burger place. Rewards are great and the menu options also. Especially since I'm vegetarian and they have 2 options now and even non dairy shakes. Not many burger places have that, if any. The service is always amazing for a fast food restaurant and they were helpful when I asked for the Arizona burger that they don't have yet, he recommended the Colorado burger which was very similar.

They messed up my order and gave me a burger with nothing on it at all, in which I over paid for by far. The wait for my food was over 20 min and the sweet potato fries were extremely cold. The reason for the wait was because they Siad they had to make the food fresh. But it can me the opposite at best. What a waste of time, money, and an experience I only regret with the price of eating out these days.
We went there it was an hour be for closing and the girl in the front was so annoyed and apparently the lobby closes 1 hour before the actual restaurant ?

We ordered our meals at 7pm. Received a text that our food would be ready by 7:36pm. We show up and it’s not ready. I received a text that our food would be ready at 7:47pm. We got our food at 8:03pm with cold fries. Who knows what they did that entire time because they definitely weren’t serving hot
We all agreed that this was the best smashburger experience we'd ever had & that the burgers were great & the bacon was the best bacon we've ever had at a restaurant on a burger. We had the smash fries & onion rings & they were both very good. The woman that helped us in the late afternoon was excellent at her job, super friendly & very helpful!
I attempted to place an order on Door Dash. They took forever to fill the order and the driver canceled. A new driver was assigned when the driver arrived to pickup the order it had already been picked up. I called and spoke with the manager Nathaniel and he said there was nothing he could do and he was unable to fill the order because it was after 09:30PM and his system was down. Bottom line don’t place delivery orders with this store.

I was honestly surprised this place isn't packed with people after trying out this brisket & bacon burger with onion rings when it's FKING DELICIOUS AND WITH A 2 EQUIS??!! My perfect place!! Definitely 5/5!! This is gonna be my regular burger joint from now on!!
