Waited 40mins for a burger. Cashier messed my order and didn't even offer anything to make up for her mistake. Come on bruh. I ain't coming here no more. Do not come to this location. Exuberant prices for an hour wait. Is this a fancy restaurant or what? Lmaooooo.

The food was soo good, I didn't get any pictures, next time... I had the new scorching Mac and cheese burger and Smash tots. The price for the tots is a ridiculous, considering the portion size, and the customer service could've been a bit brighter. Overall, food was really good!..

I ordered food for my employees not only took forever to make it but mess up the order looked like they just not happy with their job food tasted nasty I called them to complain and the girl was so rude and aggressive I just take my business elsewhere.I don't recommend this place to eat don't waste your time and money place do yourself a favor and don't go eat there .

The burgers here are really good. The tots are decent. I rarely go here though because of how expensive the prices are. For 2 burger meals expect around $40-50. The price of a meal at a decent sit down restaurant.The reason for 2 stars however is the customer service. Out of the 10ish times I've been here, almost every time the girls working behind the counter seem to always be visibly unhappy. They have made me feel annoying every single time I've been there without question. One word answers, rushing the orders, incorrectly typing in orders and never asks to clarify, they just type in whatever sounds closest to what you said and push the order through. My roommate and I have an ongoing jokes about going into this place because of how terrible the service is every time. Its a shame because besides the steep price, the burgers are great. Have decided to stop going but if customer service is not important to you, its worth trying once or twice.
