I had a very bad experience this morning. When I walked in to a Smashburger, I was not even greeted hello or smiled at. All that was said is "I will be with you in a minute." The young lady (late teens to early 20's) named Sophia, Store #1582, didn't ever crack a smile and looked very bored, and it was obvious that she didn't want to be working. Another self-entitled Gen X. If you're not happy where you are working, find another job!! I noticed that out of the three young ladies who were handling and cooking food there, that none of them had masks on, even though they are food handlers. I almost canceled my order when I noticed that the two cooks in the back were so close to food and did NOT have a mask. This made me very uncomfortable and I felt that Smashburger does not care enough about their customers to be cautious regarding the virus. I had not been to a Smashburger for around 2 years and finally decided to get a burger and their fries and I was so disappointed with the way I was received. I don't think I will ever go aback to that one again! Sophia needs a much-needed attitude adjustment!

Disgusting. Everything was so cold, I had to microwave it. Burger is overly salted. Haystack onions , if they had been hot, had enough grease to fry a whole other order. I can't even eat this slop. I'm from out of town, staying at a hotel. So no dinner for me. They will never steal my money again.

They really need to re evaluate value. They do not have that great of burgers. The competition is fierce and smash burger just does not add up for the price. I would definitely look around before recommending this place.

One of my favorite places for burgers. Dropped in on Tues. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. Prices are reasonable I would say. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

First time customer, but already want to come back! Amazingly delicious and fresh burgers that are worth the price. I tried the double truffle and it tasted great and was cooked perfectly. Outstanding stop for food.

I generally stop by here when I am the Airport for a quick bit. It generally takes a little while longer to get to the cashier, because the customers at the front do not know what they want.

Probably the worst service I have had in the last year. My order was all wrong. They remade it but forgot 1 item. Garbage was overflowing. Also if you have a flight to catch try some other fast food they are super slow.

First meal I had as I landed and it was amazing. The burger and the garlic/herbed fries hit the spot after a long flight. It's just your typical food court type set up before going through security. I'd like to try their other menu options in the future but I got stuffed really easily with my burger and fries

I made the amateur mistake of trying this place again during another flight of of PHX. Big mistake! As the photo shows, they couldn't manage to keep the milkshake inside the cup and part of it ended up on my pants. The container of lettuce is what happens when they forget to put it on your burger and they hand you several pieces of lettuce when you point out the mistake. I'm honestly not sure if it's laziness or incompetence. Either way, never again. My money goes elsewhere.

Even though there were nine people on board, the staff, arguing about their schedules more than smashing burgers for the customers waiting for their orders, took 15 minutes and $26 to get our two burgers one fries along with one shake that we split, out to us. The shake while delicious was filled all the way to the 2/3rds mark only. Sorely disappointed. Observed other customer requests being ignored and presumably one employee must have washed her hands because I saw her dry them on her breasts as she came out to the front counter. The order taker did not talk much above a whisper. Also, couldn't pick our burgers out of their wrappers as they were coated on the outside with the ketchup and sauces that were supposed to be on the inside. That pretty much sums it up. What an experience.

A little after 5pm I walk up and order chicken strips and sweet potato fries, I wait about 5-6 minutes and receive my order. Literally 15 to 20 minutes later I start feeling sick, like I want to throw up, my throat is itchy and I get a headache. Mind you I am not a passenger but an airport employee, literally on the job going through the motions. I work here so this won’t be last time I see you guys but obviously someone on your staff is dirty, or your kitchen ain’t clean or someone just didn’t like me enough to f@ck with my meal. Seeing how I don’t know anyone working there personally I can only say in that instance that maybe it’s the color of my skin. I like smash burger, but this reaction is beyond reasonable food poisoning, very upsetting and very troubling.
