When I initially went in to place my order, the cashier, who mentioned he was "the only one here," seemed okay to deal with. Since it was my first time, I decided to try a few items:

1) Pulled Pork
2) Brisket
3) 1/2 Rib Tips
4) 1 Hot Link

After receiving my food, I noticed I had two shredded meats. I returned to the counter, and Patrick informed me that one of the shredded meats was Rib Tips. I asked Patrick for a manager, and he became upset, saying no one was available. I then requested his name and whether there was a customer service number I could call. Patrick replied, “I cannot give that information out.” I accepted that response.

Patrick stated that’s how they serve Rib Tips, then grabbed the “pulled rib” and asked if I wanted it changed. I agreed. However, he began cutting new pieces of ribs aggressively and handed them to me with an attitude. I thanked him anyway.

If this is what customer service looks like, I’m not interested in returning. I do food reviews regularly, and barbecue is my favorite cuisine. However, I refuse to be treated poorly just because I made a complaint.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day or I was ruined by Chicago, Alabama, Mississippi and Everywhere else BBQ... The Mac n Cheese was decent and the Jury is still out on the Smoakie Beans...

I recently had a craving for BBQ rib tips and decided to try this spot. I’ve ended up ordering them three times this past week! The rib tips are incredibly tender, with a generous portion for the price, and the BBQ sauce has a nice sweetness that complements the flavor. I haven’t tried anything else yet, but I’ll definitely be back to explore the menu. Highly recommend the rib tips—10/10!

Gross! I've been eating here for years and this was a nasty experience. Over cooked and the "rolls" that cost 12.99.... store buns...lol

Happened to come across this place today and it was simply amazing! The food was so good and the 2 gentlemen working were the absolute best! Will for sure come back!

The food was good, hot and fresh! Customer service was great. We enjoyed it all potions were large. We were able to have leftovers for a couple days. The rib tips and brisket was really good. We enjoyed our lunch! Will return soon!

Chicken: It was dry and lacked flavor. I honestly thought it was reheated chicken. Nonetheless, it was a 3/10.

Brisket: The saving grace of the brisket was the fat strips. The meat was a bit dry but nowhere near as dry as the chicken. It had a decent smokiness to it and a decent flavor. 7/10

BBQ Sauce: Tangy, sweet, very MILDLY spicy. 8/10

BBQ Baked Beans: Man...this one was a huge disappointment. Beans were hard, the BBQ tasted burnt, and overall the taste was just...off. I threw them away. 1/10.

Overall: 4.7/10. I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately.
