I've been frequenting smooth brew for a long time, since they opened on McDowell. This newer location is nice, it has ample seating and offers more food options. I still love their Turkish latte, but the parking situation on Roosevelt keeps me from coming as often as I used to.

I love Smooth Brew, their coffee and customer service was always great but literally the last 4 times I've gone, they've been closed. Their hours are listed incorrectly literally everywhere. On their website, on Yelp, on their store front!.... If you call, it goes straight to a full voicemail. COMMUNICATE with your customers.

Smooth brew(like the name, adorable Smooth Brew cups for sale there)is a cool, eclectic coffeehouse with a great location right in the middle of trendy Roosevelt Row. There's alot of comfy seating, board games, charger station and even a copy machine for people that like to work and slurp caffeinated drinks. There's a nice patio and it's above average for roominess. There's also fruit drinks(I bought a can of peach soda), smoothies and various pastries. Prices are on the high side but that's to be expected in this popular tourist area. Recommended.

The people who work here are really nice and easy to talk to but the big con here for me is that items are constantly out. I can't drink super sweet lattes for health reasons and I usually just want iced coffee or cold brew with a splash of milk and they never have iced coffee made which seems weird to me. And iced americanos do not taste the same which is what I'm usually offered. The donut place is seldom open but is super cute. This place has great potential but I keep getting let down.

I decided to work here one night. Before leaving my house I checked Google and it said the place was open until 11 PM. Just to be safe I even checked this coffee shops website for their hours of operation they said 10 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM and the doors were locked, their Open sign was on (you can see in the pic) there were people inside employees and customers. I checked all doors and all doors were locked the employees didn’t acknowledge me and a group of people after me also thought they were open and tried to enter to no success.

Smooth Brew is a great neighborhood coffee shop that also tries to be a bar/lounge. It's open until 10 pm (later than most coffee shops), has really fast wifi, and has enough seating. In the winter, the patio is the place to go. The coffee is okay, but it's definitely doesn't have a high end artisan coffee roaster taste if that's what you're looking for. The employees who work there are consistently really happy, welcoming, and on top of it!

The garlic pesto mac n cheese was so delicious! My ham and swiss quesadilla and my daughter's veggie croissant were awesome. Too bad they were out of her favorite sourdough bun. I don't like espresso, but she loves their Oh, Honey espresso. Nice atmosphere. Friendly service.

Lovely atmosphere, small area but the decor inside is comfy for drinks, food and being able to have friends over or by yourself!! Great way to come in and enjoy a drink

Really delicious food! Occasionally items are out of stock so just be open to change, because even if you go with your second choice, you won't be disappointed.
Great place to study and get work done any time before 6 pm. After that the music gets a little louder. I've had great experience with staff and everyone is genuinely really nice. The ONLY CON is the FLIES. They come in droves when the door is left open and it gets really annoying. The food and tea here is also really good and fairly priced for the location! Definitely recommend.

Food was extremely slow. There was no one else in there to be served, and yet it took us 30 minutes to get 4 bagels. The bagels are not fresh. My latte was lukewarm and the music was very loud. The sink in the bathroom was filthy ..... not looking like they clean regularly.would not recommend. Chai was good though

Great place for a coffee or a drink when hanging out with friends! Cool vibe and plenty of places to sit. Breakfast sandwich is got wasn't anything special but the "Bussin" was a fun way to start the morning!

I came here with expectations of ordering empanadas but was unfortunately let down when I arrived they only serve like 5 food items at this location.
