This location takes forever to complete mobile orders. I loved smoothie king but if it says it’ll be ready in 15-20 minutes then I expect 20 minutes. But it takes them longer than that. Last time they were out of the avocado spread and I didn’t want the other types for the toast. So they gave me refund and coupons. The coupons don’t even work.
Nathan is awesome this is the best smoothie establishment I have ever stepped foot into. From the cleanliness of Nathan to the cleanliness of the store I have never seen such a store. COME IN!
New smoothie king opened in June and had to push back the opening date but gave me a free 20oz smoothie to apologize for the delay. Great customer service! This is also the only Smoothie king in the north are where you can use the app so that’s a huge win! The staff are always great and the manager Dom has been great every time I’ve gone in. Also, the smoothies are fantastic here!
