Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Manager is incompetent. Had server refuse my id 2 times and didnt even come to talk to me. I am 27 and in the industry and that was ridiculous. I had 2 forms because I had a paper ID and still no service. Would have walked out if the other person at my table hadnt ordered.

One of the most disgusting men’s rooms I have ever been in. And it isn’t like something happened and they did not know or did not have a chance to clean it. Obviously has not been cleaned well for months. The urinal doesn’t flush and they were out of towels.

Absolutely disgusting.

We told the waiter we had a severe allergy to nuts and she proceeded to bring out pancakes with nuts all over them. Luckily my fiancée noticed or I would’ve ended up in the hospital. Would not recommend dining at this Snooze location. Poor service.

Its a busy eatery so sometimes you may have to stand and wait and in extreme cases you are put on a waitlist for 15+ minutes. Somethings on the menu are good and some simply are not. Their French Toast, Eggs and coffee products are good but some of their other foods leave much to be desired. The potatoes are very starchy in the hashbrowns and underseasoned, the corn beef hash lacks any true flavor without condiments and the chicken sausage does not taste very good. If you are in a rush this is not the place for you, but if you just want to takes someone somewhere pretty nice its fine for that. Just mind what you do and don't order.
