Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Extremely disorganized, below average service, and the worst food I’ve had from a Snooze location, which is normally very good.

I came in Friday 2/14 mid morning, my server was Rhiley C. and unfortunately received the worst service I have received in a while. It was truly disheartening and almost felt personal at one point. The food was amazing, I got the O.M.G. and it was 10/10, so fresh, not too sweet just utter perfection, compliments to the chef! Unfortunately the food being amazing did not make up for the poor and distasteful service from Rhiley C. She took quite a while to greet us and when she finally came over there was no apology or anything we were just met with unfriendliness and an annoyed expression, like we weren’t wanted. We asked for suggestions and were not given much information. Our waters and coffees were left empty almost the whole meal, and we had to flag down the check at the end. Not to mention having very long nails is unsanitary ESPECIALLY when you’re able to see visible gunk underneath the nails… really puts a bad taste in your mouth knowing she is handling drinks and plates while not washing her hands properly. Hopefully this is addressed because we would love to come back and give snooze another shot based on the food. The service was truly horrendous.

It was good enough. My Thai spicy bloody Mary wasn't spicy at all. Food needed hot sauce on everything too.

Hey there, I recently went to Snooze an AM eatery to pick up a to go order. I did not get the positive Snooze vibe a customer should get. Instead, I was ignored. I walked up to the counter to pick up my order at the promised time. I waited and waited and waited. Not one single person behind the counter acknowledged me or offered to help. There were 5 workers all having a wonderful conversation behind the counter. Finally, one walked away from the group and completely ignored me as she walked towards me. Instead she went to another customer a few seats away from me. I wonder what their criteria is for helping customers? My experience was a real bummer!

The food was decent but the price was really high for what you got you are paying for the atmosphere but you definitely could have gotten the same food for less at IHOP but the service was really good. The atmosphere was great my daughter's had well-balanced drinks but I got an espresso martini and it was not great it was more milky than chocolatey or coffee tasting and you can't even taste the alcohol which you shouldn't but you should at least be able to taste coffee or chocolate so I was very disappointed in my drink but my daughter's had very great and amazing drinks and my husband's drink was pretty good too not the best but better than mine. And I'm giving the place four stars because the service our server was very knowledgeable and on top of everything and the atmosphere was great and a party of 14 had walked in front of us and they just took it in stride and put together a table and set them within 5 minutes so they are really good and that's why they got the four stars.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to onions and my daughter is allergic to nuts and they made accommodations for both of us and that is another reason they got four stars.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get around if you have a wheelchair

Walked in, asked for a table was placed at a table waited more than one hour also ordered the shrimp grits
That took 30 minutes to be delivered to my table the sites was dirty Al’s the place is racist I seen a women who made a TikTok about it also saw and heard the workers are not even honest picked to go in there to eat found that out to be true they would give you a fake smile then move on to the person who they’re same skin tone be more up bet and also talk more with me they rushed me wasn’t respectful to my

Went to this restaurant the food was cold and just wasn’t reliable enough also I waited 30 minutes top before I got my food also saw a video of a TikToker I been following she applied for a job here she got told she was hired when she called the next day to see when she starts they give the job to someone else I been following her for a while now seeing them being so dishonest is low also looked around the place seen only white and Mexicans not anyone her color I understand why she wasn't going to work there the video now at 10 million views however I checked today she got hired somewhere else where they pay more was honest to her whether she was gonna work there not leading her on like this place not only is HR lying but there food bad as will

This is me and my husband's all time. Breakfast place. It is a go to place for an anniversary breakfast. I love it here

We went there on the recommendation of a friend and it was the best.
Rick got the Monte Cristo French Toast. Superb brioche with ham and an awsome with a raspberry pepper jam. I had the split Benedict of Bella, Bella, and Chili Verde. Both were great, Bella for the cream cheese and balsamic vinegar, the Chili Verde for the savory chili with mild heat. From the staff and management, we shared the pineapple upside-down pancake.
What a great way to start the day.
Let me finally give a BIG SHOUT to the staff. For being people who dine out on a regular basis, these people were some of the friendliest and personable we have met in quite a while.
