I've been going to the Chandler Snooze off of Ray and I-10 for years. I even joined the Bennyfits program. The service at this location has always been stellar; however, that wasn't the case today. On a Thursday morning, it wasn't busy and it still took a while for our server to come over. She left waters and said she'd be back to take our drink order. More waiting and she was finally back. She definitely didn't want to be there today. I was shamed for asking for 2 different pancakes on the weekday menu. I was told in a very clipped tone there were absolutely no substitutions, modifications or special requests allowed on the weekday menu. I'm very sorry I asked! Our food was brought out before our drinks with no mention of where our drinks were. Please keep in mind, the restaurant is not busy. When we received our drinks, the hot chocolate was served in a tall glass topped with whipped cream. There was no way to drink it and we were told tall spoons, like what you'd use for ice tea, weren't for customers! I asked for a straw, but it melted in the hot chocolate. At the end, there was no question about how we enjoyed our meal. She just dropped the bill on the table - pay me. I'm not sure when we will be brave enough to return. Maybe stick to the weekends!

The host with red hair was extremely rude, definitely seems like she had a personal problem. Waitress was also rude. Sat us outside with kids told us the heaters couldn’t be moved (After we saw a different server, move them for a table) and then we find out the heater wasn’t even on that was near us. Got to love how they’re only friendly when the tip portion comes.

I was meeting some friends for breakfast as I was passing through town. It's obviously a popular place as it was very busy. The service was excellent and there was a huge selection of breakfast entrees. Everything from omelets to pancakes. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I got the Grilled cheese and tomato soup, added ham. It was DELICIOUS! Possibly the best tomato soup I've ever had, and the grilled cheese was cooked to perfection. Our server was Rachel and she was an absolute delight. She showed outstanding comprehension of the menu, explaining everything we asked about from memory, her smile lit up the room, and she was just an absolute angel. Would come back just for her! Highly recommend. Even though it was busy, we were never left wanting on the service for a moment.

Snooze is awesome, the staff remembers you and their coffee at this location is better than the other locations imo!

Food was good, but Service was just really poor.
We had two kids meals that came with drinks. We told the server we only wanted one drink. Server ran it up and charged us anyway- claiming that someone else had the drink, so they needed to be charged.
Rather than make it right, the manager just doubled down on the nonsense.
(Really wish I had just asked for two kids drinks to go at that point.)

Food was pretty good. Service was friendly but slow. Even drinks took a long time. Very loud and hard to hear.

This place is overhyped and expensive. I could have had a better breakfast at ihop. Food was cold, tables somewhat clean with food all in the booth seat. I couldn’t even eat my pancakes they were so thick and dry. I thought I ordered buttermilk but I guess not. The syrup portions are ridiculous, u would think they were trying to manage your sugar consumption. Waited nearly 15 minutes when I asked for more. By that time I was over it. Cold cakes with cold butter doesn’t mix well. This was my first experience here. Never coming back.
