Well I walked in with my 3 kids and myself . Was told sorry guys we have to take our 30 min break and it just them 2. Which im sorry you dont take a break at the same time. So you just lost business. 2 other people walked in as well and you lost there business because they have to wait 30 minutes. Mayne you need to train your employees better before you lose alot of business.

First time here and I’m so glad we stopped by! The lady who greeted us was super sweet and welcoming. We tried the Sweet Sunset and Strawberry Cheesecake shaved ice — both looked gorgeous and tasted amazing! I’ve honestly never seen shaved ice look this good. Can’t wait to come back and try more. You don’t find this kind of genuine hospitality anymore! 🍧✨

We love this place, especially the custard filled fishes!!

It is a nice change from ice cream, frozen custard and frozen yogurt. Although they do have limited ice cream options there.

Unfortunately we now have to go to the Chandler location at Dobson and Ray because they’ve chosen to dumb down their offerings at this location. No more coffee snow, just the boring plain stuff. It’s worth the extra drive though, as the other location is much more pleasant anyway with friendlier staff and they make the original Espress-Sno.

I got the double oreo classic snow and golden fish buns. They were delicious. The server is quite cheerful. If you want a snack break from the heat, this is a good spot I'd recommend.

Friendly staff, neat interior, broad choice of sweet treats and boba tea. Non-sweet tea options are available

Not reflective of the flavor- because we never actually got to have any.
This is about their hours- when they open, it does not actually mean open for business. They “opened” at noon, we went at 12:05. She said it would take 20 minutes to get soft serve working because she was finishing cleaning the machine. We came back 25 minutes later- now they needed another 10 minutes! Nope.

The machine should be clean and working before you open!

I’ve been coming here for a while and always enjoy their treats. I’ve tried the soft serve, snow, and teas—but the snow is definitely my favorite. It’s light, fluffy, and super refreshing.

On my latest visit, I was happy to see new flavors. The mango snow (with mango bits and purée) is my new favorite, though Sweet Sunset (with strawberry and mango) still holds the top spot. I’ve got my eye on the cheesecake snow next!

The place is clean, the service is friendly, and everything comes out fast. I’ll definitely keep coming back to try more!
