A Saturday afternoon treat craving struck and since we're new to the area, we decided to stop by Snowtime. We will absolutely be back, the shop is clean and well decorated, staff was all so friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. Fish cones are made fresh to order and the ice-cream was just the right amount of sweet. Some might argue that the prices are high for the serving size you get but I would rather pay more to have a high quality product with great service like at Snowtime.
Love the atmosphere, extremely nice customer service. Everything was delicious I will definitely have to return for more good memories.

I was excited to try this ice cream spot but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. We ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes for a single soft serve, despite there being no other customers ahead of us. All The staff seemed confused and were bumping into each other.
When we finally got the ice cream, the fish cone was still hot, which made the soft serve melt almost instantly. My son had to eat it super quickly because it was spilling everywhere. For $10 (including tip), we got a soft serve with a sprinkle of Oreo and two Pocky sticks, which felt a bit overpriced for what it was.
I’m hoping for a better experience next time—maybe when the staff is more organized and the cones aren’t so hot that the ice cream melts right away.

Bingsu with lots of fruit, this is the first time I've seen such high quality bingsu. It's the best of the best, I'm really impressed.
