Came here today for the first time…I really like liked pollo burrito. It was pretty good, lacking just a little flavor but good nonetheless. Something about their chips wasn’t that good. They were super thin. Maybe if they used corn tortillas and salted them more it would be better. Overall I would come back to this place… but I do recommend they add more flavors to their food (my family agreed too)) :) 4/5!

Food is below average. Chips taste weird, stale and are bland. Salsa tastes like just straight tomato sauce. The enchiladas made me gag, way too much cheese and it wasn’t full melted. I’ve been here 3 times and I’m seriously dissatisfied each time. No flavor in the food! I think the reason I’d come back is because it’s 2 mins from my house so it’s easy. Atmosphere it’s bad I will say. The place is clean. The workers are mostly friendly.

It was our first time eating here. We ordered 2 carne asada burritos. They were delicious! Customer service was great via drive thru. The salsas were great as well. They deserve their 5 stars. ⭐️ Great, quick and easy, and delicious food!

People who rate this place low were expecting something else and should take their attitude elsewhere. Nobody deserves food delivered this quickly with this level of quality. Not to mention the service level. If I lived close I'd visit regularly.

Posted hours say 10 PM but then you go there at 9 PM and they tell you that only the drive-through is open even though nowhere on the door is it printed that it says that and nowhere does it say on Google that it’s like that.
It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but my experience this morning at this location (7th st and Camelback) necessitated this review. I am giving it two stars because the owners are truly generous people. However, they need to know the counter service and kitchen prep was truly bad. I ordered a breakfast burrito and two carne asada tacos for pick up and it should have been ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after I ordered and it was not ready. I found this odd given it was 9am and the dining room just opened and there was one car in the drive through. The order was provided to the server she noted it was completely wrong. Either the cook can't read or he wasn't paying attention. He corrected the order and appeared dismissive to the manager about his mistake. I watched and heard the entire interaction and I was shocked they didn't apologize for what was going on. To top it off the burrito was cold and the machaca and potatoes were possibly from the day before. The carne asada was also cold and lacked flavor. Disappointing experience and it won't be my breakfast location in the future.

O got a green chili cheese crisp, and it wasweird. And gross, they try to grill the green chili's, so they were charred and greasy, I've never seen that before, gave bad heartburn. I also got a Mexican pizza, which was also gross and weird, they slop on top some green chili that looked like dogfood, (all cubed meat in gravy) I couldn't finish it. I'll never order that again.!!
