Heard about this cute coffee shop on a TikTok list of great coffee shops, and it more than lived up to expectations. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were very good and very fairly priced. And of course Inky Bob absolutely stole the show. We ate here 4 days in a row, and the only reason we stopped was because we had to go back home.

Love this place! Friendly service, great vibes, delicious scones. I’ve never had a bad time here, or a bad coffee, and even the other guests are friendly here. I go out of my way to come here instead of Starbucks or anywhere else. 12/10 would recommend. +2 points for our lord and savior Inky Bob.

I love the atmosphere it is very calm and compose. I went with cappuccino which was perfectly balanced and so smooth. Second I went with latte which was also good and their bakery item super star breakfast cookie I loved it must try 😊

OMG the matcha is one of the best that I have ever had!! I got an iced matcha with their vanilla bean syrup. I’m so sad that I don’t live here or else I would get this place every day! My husband got their iced chai, which was also very good.

Plain latte was pretty solid, good quality espresso.. I'd drink it again / lots of outlets, WiFi, and a decent amount of sitting room inside / there's plenty of seating outside / the place feels kind of homey / the pastry case looked really good / plenty of appeal here

Parking: There's a free parking lot next door on the weekends only

Vegan seed bars are so good with coffee! I have to come back for one more. Parking could be a bit of a challenge though, but it looks like they have a lot in the back of the house.

What an awesome little place. Feels like a slice of heaven in downtown Phoenix. The staff is incredibly sweet and work together very well. Doesn't hurt that the pastries (especially the coffee cake) and coffee taste great! I went back twice in two days during my visit.

Lovely atmosphere, quality products, and kind staff; I was impressed by the quantity of tea options and how delicious their coffee cake is. Would recommend to you and your mom, or anyone else you might take out!

This coffee house deserves all the 5 stars

Great espresso, coffee cake was amazing, and multiple seating options inside and outside!

They offer wifi and the restroom was clean. It is also in a really cute, walkable area - only a few blocks from the light rail, so no need to try and find street parking.

Also, a coffee house cat 😺 Love!
